Food was fresh and didn't take too long

Usually gets food gets out pretty fast and the employees I've never had a problem with and a lot of them are chill cool people, foods pretty good too

This is the best McDonald's I have visited since the pandemic. Clean, great service and employees that acted like they wanted to be there. We visited around noon on a Friday.

Very good food but there was a very chewy chicken nugget. Lucky it’s was just one. But everything else was good. Eat

Seems hard to find at a McDonald's anymore.
Definitely stop by when traveling again.

They got my order right and I customize everything. Friendly staff and food was served quick and hot.

The pickup is a great feature. Order pull up enter parking spot and out comes the food, great idea.

We always stop at McDonald's when we travel, but Keokuk McDonald's consistently has the best service, speed, and quality.

Get this, McDonald's made decisions at the corporate franchise level that reflects highly of their stability and their business judgment. They were an earlier closer of indoor dining, made appropriate renovations and upgrades during the worst of these times, and kept food coming to many of us with open drive-thru service. Keeping employees working and enabling some normalcy to the period is easily overlooked as a benefit we received as a community. This local McDonald's is locally owned and run by it's ownership and again, sound decisions make all the difference. When you do it right, there isn't a need to advertise it. Kudos Keokuk McDonald's. Da da da da daahhh, we're loving it!

Love this location. They always get me in and out fast.

I haven't ate at a McDonald's in a few years . I was up visiting Zion family and friends so treated myself to the new chicken sandwich and new McFlurry tastes ok . What I really enjoyed the most was the nice people that work there!

A very delightful cashier made a great recommendation for our breakfast ... a very pleasant stay for some basically good food

Amazing food. Not over cooked not undercooked just perfect. Staff is amazing nice. Everything was very clean.

Workers were polite, fast, helpful and didn't mess up the orders.
Fries were fresh. Was great fast food service.
