I was forgotten at my table for a little longer than I liked in the beginning, but that was made up for with the experience. The food was amazing, and the HONEY TOAST??!! My God today!!!
I didn't even realize they had dessert until my amazing server, D, told me, and that's what he suggested... It is a bit pricey, but if you have an occasion where you may want to splurge a bit, this is the place!! Btw, for dinner, I had drunken noodles with shrimp added and took home the red pork fried rice with shrimp and chicken.

Miss Phay Cafe has a fantastic variety of Thai and Vietnamese dishes. The pot stickers are crispy and flavorful. I tried the chicken pad thai, which you can request to be made spicy with pepper flakes. Cocktails and mocktails are available, and just like the food, they are served beautifully and garnished nicely. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely with exposed brick and soft lighting. I received excellent service at the bar and will definitely return to Miss Phay Cafe when I travel back to to Davenport.

Pho tastes just perfect! The Broth tasted great, the beef was just right, and the perfect noodles. I highly recommend it. The curry had a fantastic spicy level that was very good.

Presentation and taste of Miss Phays dishes are as impressive as the presentation (and preservation) of the building inside and outside. Very spacious and welcoming interior spaces beget a sincere interest in serving. Menu is robust without being overwhelming. Waitstaff is attentive! Return worthy!? Absolutely!

Best I have ever had. The food was spicy, but it had so much flavor with it. The pork belly was crispy and had so much flavor. Place look awesome and staff were so pleasant and courteous. I almost could not finish my food. If you have not been, you need to go.

So, I don’t dish out 5 star ratings much... but in a town like Moline and the surrounding quad cities (and I’m willing to bet, in probably all of Iowa), this is by far the best viet food you’re gonna get! I highly recommend this to all if you’re in the area. I got the traditional pho and traditional spring rolls - both exactly what you need on a cold winter day and was delicious. I would definitely go back if I’m ever in Moline again.

Super cute cafe! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great choices on the menu! Ordered crab cheese puffs and shrimp fresh spring rolls to start. Then we ordered everything from fried rice to vermicelli noodles to pad Thai to Banh Mee soup and Thai bubble tea. It was all delicious I’m happy to say. Will definitely return!!

First time in Iowa and my friends took me here, and I must say the food was out of this world! The fried rice with shrimp was so delicious and flavorful. I got the lunch special and it was so filling. Though, I could have eaten 10 of the sweet potato puffs! I wish I took some to go 😋 Next time I am in Iowa, I'm definitely coming back to Miss Phay Cafe!

Absolute perfection!!!!!!! Beautiful surroundings and beautiful food. Absolutely delicious. Green Curry Tofu was so flavorful. I had to eat every last drop. My husband had the Vietnamese pork chops. Tender and perfectly seasoned on top of fragrant rice. We had to start the meal with the cucumber salad. Refreshing and deeply flavorful. Wish we lived nearby. Sadly we are just passing thru on our way south.

My husband and I were impressed by authentic and delicious the Thai and Vietnamese food they served at Miss Phay Cafe.
We had crispy spring rolls to start. They were crispy and the stuffing was delicious. For mains we ordered a Cambodian Noodles soup and whole fried snapper. Both dishes were of good proportions and came with plenty of herbs and sauces. Most of the Vietnamese restaurants in NYC don’t even give you Vietnamese Cilantro but they had at Miss Phay Cafe.
Service was welcoming and helpful.
A must stop for Southeast Asian food in Davenport.

Great food, very cool beautiful interior and restaurant. The summer (spring) rolls were very flavorful, the Pho was on point with anything I've had in Chicago on Argyle.

WOW, what a great hidden gem. Our server Uyen had amazing menu knowledge and recommended the Pho a very traditional dish and it was awesome. The portions were generous and priced to come back soon. Loved the atmosphere and artwork.....A+ highly recommend.

Very good place, good service and delicious food. The place with dim lights and warm colors is very cozy mood.

We got the bahn mi but the traditional isn’t what I thought it was. It ate like a deli sandwich but I was hoping for some marinated meat. So I’ll take the blame for that one. BUT this was still a 5 star meal! We also got the fried whole snapper (weekend only) and it was the best decision. It came with a sweet tamarind sauce or something and a herbaceous Thai chili sauce which was absolutely out of this world. It had a a
Accoutrement of assorted basil and herbs. Divine!!! We also got the Red Pork Rice, came with crispy pork belly and a fried sweet sausage. Honestly, an easy perfect. Also the vibe was immaculate and had a pleasant ambiance.

The entrees are so good! A favorite spot in Downtown Davenport. I have been here twice. Both visits did not disappoint. The spicy dishes have the perfect amount of spice. Many have options to be served mild or spicy which I like. The shishito peppers are a favorite appetizer. I ordered thr Kuyteav Phnom Penh noodle soup with a Thai Tea. It was perfect and the bowls are good portion sizes. I got mine extra spicy.

I highly recommend Miss Phay Cafe! The food is fresh and so full of flavor. We ordered spring rolls, pork belly skewers, and pho. Each dish was served with tons of fresh veggies and herbs. The fresh herbs really elevate the flavors and bring something special to each dish. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the space is beautifully designed and decorated. This is an amazing addition to downtown Davenport!

This was the best vermicelli rice bowl I have ever had...the chicken was tender and the flavor had me shoveling bite after bite into my mouth! The crab puffs were savory, creamy and really hit the spot. Nice cocktail menu for adults, try the Passion Project it is tasty!!
