AT&T Store

Josh and Mike are the absolute best! I had been going to several AT&T’s to try to resolve my issue with no avail. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue within 10 minutes. I will definitely be going back to this location and asking for the two of them exclusively! Thank you so much!

Perfect service. My wife and I got new phones last week, and Angel was the most helpful and patient person.

Was able to speak with someone quickly and they assisted me with upgrading my teenage daughter’s phone. They were very patient with her and she was a happy teenager ( at least as happy a teenager can be :-))

I went to the nearby Apple Store for a phone repair. After dealing with terrible customer service from Apple, I went to AT&T to reactivate my esim after my repair. Unfortunately I can't remember his name but the man (maybe Jeff?) who helped me at AT&T was excellent. He showed care and concern for my issue and was extremely informative and helpful throughout the process. He even took the time to put a new screen protector on for me (and he did it perfectly, I might add) after Apple had ruined mine. Thank you so much for making my bad day a little brighter!

Have AT&T continue to hire fine fun knowledgeable employees like Danita. Name? Three syllables. Navita? Lavita?

She made my visit very very pleasant and enjoyable and knew how to solve my issue by replacing the Sim Card on my cell.

I’ve been to this store quite a few times and every time, things run smoothly for me. Whether it’s getting a new phone or porting from another carrier.

Shay is wonderful and Matt the Manager is great. He really cares about his customers. Been to other AT&T stores and it’s not anything like this.

Manager must be doing something right. Def. As someone who hates walking into other AT&T stores, I never hesitate to come here.

This 5 star review is for William. I would like to thank him very much for his help with a very complex situation regarding my iPhone 14 plus. He was able to get the job done and did so with a positive attitude. He made the ending of my journey of finally getting my iPhone (as a Christmas present) in my hands as stress free as possible. I thank him greatly and I can say that I would definitely recommend his services to others. I myself know that I plan to return to this store in the future because of his service. Thank you again.

Store Manager, Gabriel, runs an excellent branch, and reps like him are the reason I've been an AT&T customer since the late 90's.

We went in to exchange my soon to be unusable iPhone 6s, and his knowledge of the various devices, extensive personal use with them, and desire to make sure I was informed and happy with the options, made the upgrade experience enjoyable. He also made sure we had his store contact info in case we had any questions post-purchase.

I felt confident I made the right choices as I bounced different thoughts and scenarios off Gabriel from which phone and size to get, to trying out different protective cases.

He even offered to put my screen protector on. And when we discovered a dirt bubble in the better light 5 min after leaving the store, he offered to get the speck out with a perfect re-application of the cover.

The assistant store manager Kierra (my apologies if her name is spelled wrong) was so helpful. She was very patient and polite with me during a very frustrating time. I wasn't getting any service with an eSim or physical SIM card and I was ready to throw in the towel. However, the assistant store manager took her time to give my phone a diagnostic and was able to figure out why my phone wasn't getting any service and completely fixed the issue.She definitely deserves to know that she gives great customer service, and your company should appreciate her and know that she is an asset. Hi, AT&T in KofP, MAJOR KUDOS go to Kacie Rettew!!! After speaking with Apple since 1/27/21 at least 3 times per week and hours of time spent trying to fix my IPhone after being seriously hacked. This young lady worked miracles~!!!! HE sent me a Angel, one of his BEST. She never gave up and worked on my phone for well over an hour. Kacie went over and beyond ALL my expectations
today. I’d given up and headed to KofP with the intentions of having to buy a new phone. Apple was fixated on selling me a new phone as well as another AT&T location was determined the only way to fix the problem was a new phone. Kacie took the time to research, trouble shoot as well as contacting an AT&T tech support person to help. I was frustrated for her as I watched all the avenues and hurdles she jumped through on my behalf. A Phenomenal young lady with phenomenal skills and patience of Job. Never once did she mention to me about selling me another phone. Incredible job Well Done!!!! Sweet, polite and talented too!!!! All this was coming from an Angel. This is my first time feeling safe to use my phone since 1/27/21.

I was at (2) AT&T stores. ..the King of Prussia and the Collegeville, PA stores. Both were great. Both did their best to get my boyfriend, Sam Smith and myself what we needed to get our new phones up to date and working properly. What a change in phone technology in the past several years! I am over 75 years old and I must admit that I am struggling with learning this new phone technology. Is there an Owners Manual that may be available or something online? I would really appreciate any help you could offer. Thanks! We have been with AT&T for a long time. Sam actually managed your King Of Prussia store many years ago and is very loyal to AT&T. Thanks!

Both employees working in the store tonight were very helpful especially Alhaji. They let me know about all the great promotions they had and I walked out of the store with a new phone in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely be a repeat customer at this location!
