McDonald's

Just tried their new Deluxe Quarter Pounder sandwich with a half unsweetened tea & lemonade to drink. I don't know who was responsible for the company's recent recipe update, but that person deserves a raise. That was the best sandwich I have ever had from McD's, and I even tried their Angus burger back in the day. The lemonade was made with real lemons, and my wife's strawberry shake had syrup made from real strawberries, seeds and all (they could still improve their "milkshake base" though). An actual delicious burger... I'm blown away. 10/10

I went thru the drive through and it was busy so I had to pull over. The gentleman brought my food right away but I noticed the fries weren't as hot as I like them. Quickly and with a smile he said oh I'm sorry let me fix that for you. I waited maybe 30 seconds and another great and nice worker by the name of Hope brought me my hot fries. I was kind of in a grumpy mood but she put a smile on my face right away. Hope was sweet and knowledgeable about the items on my burger as I wasn't sure what came on it. Just her sweet attitude alone should either give her a raise or promoted to manager so she can hire and train workers to be just like her. I did not feel like a customer, I felt like a guest that mattered. Thank you Hope.

McDonald's is McDonald's, so you know what to expect from the food. This location was very clean, recently remodeled, staff was helpful. Mountain views from the east and north windows. Ordering ahead in the app and picking up at the counter (instead of the drive thru) will save you time.

Drive thru was great , very polite service

Food was fresh and hot. Service was quick. Better than average for McDonald's.

I stopped here to get some food for my teenage daughter and she was very satisfied with the customer service, how clean the inside of the restaurant was when she went in to make her order and the taste of the food itself. 😊

Customer service kid upfront smiled and greeted and was very pleasing. Been 15 years since I’ve seen customer service at any fast food restaurant treat us that well and enjoyed his job that much. Hope it lasts and hope it rubs off on his crew!

Having to wait for fresh hash browns may have been a little inconvenient but they were really good.

Food was fresh and right out of the oven. Cheeseburgers took me back to being a kid and getting my first happy meal. The drive through was a little slow.

So friendly and good service.

Maddie is the best understands Customer Service and Ramsa smiled every customer. Thank you so much, kids were hungry, you got it done!

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They are under staffed and probably under paid but they will go above and beyond to make your wildest dreams cone true. I own a business with multiple employees and I could only wish that my carpenters were half as willing to fulfill the customers wishes as the employees here. Thanks again guys you are incredible and if you ever move to Washington let me know if you need work!!!

Having mixed thoughts and feelings so...I will post my truth later

This is probably the best McDonald's location I've visited; I am always impressed. They offer service that is consistently fast and accurate. The majority of their employees are happy and make my day. I often see their managers doing things that I wouldn't expect such as cleaning the tables or emptying the trash. That says something good about the way they run their restaurant.

I mean...it's cheap, greasy, fast comfort food. Not too much to say. Usually not bad wait times. Only one messed up order and they corrected it. I keep going back because who can resist the lure of the cheeseburgers?

I’ve got a review for the customers. So we try our hardest at McDonald’s to satisfy you. Just remember. If you are kind to us. We are kind to you. Treat us how you want us to treat you. Yeah the customer is not always right. If you come in after 11pm at night everything is cook to order. So it’s going to take longer to get your food. Be patient. Yelling at us does nothing but slow down the process of us getting your food out to you because we have to sit there and listen to it. Thank you for reading. :)

December 26th, Sunday after Xmas. Snow everywhere. After 1pm, 1st meal of the day. This was sunshine in a bag. All of it hot & fresh. Can't remember a Mcd's that actually tasted as good as it looked. Felt like I was the CEO of McDonalds. Know it can't happen all the time and with every customer but this reminded me of childhood.

Very friendly ..... needs more parking space ...but other then that all 👍

They used to have an awesome playland, till they did a remodel and ripped it out. Yessiree, those were the days. Now, the bathroom stalls in the men's room are uncomfortably low in the partitioning department, and the last time I tried to use the toilet stall I wound up getting gawked at by the guy who was waiting in line to use the stall after me.

Upon going back and examining the problem, I'm unable to determine with any real certainty if it was a case of an overly curious. socially unskilled, (Asperger's Syndrome?) gentleman who's curiosity overwhelmed him into trying to ascertain how soon I would be done.... or if it was the fault of the bathroom designer and/or the construction crew who hung the doors after the remodel took place, and where they elected to sink the screws in that hold the hinges to this particular door.
