my serpentine belt snapped due to my AC compressor seizing up while visiting Bonners Ferry. i was supposed to be on the road that day to southern idaho. the folks at perfection tire were the only AAA certified mechanic shop in the area, so i got towed there and explained my situation. everyone i talked to on the phone and in person was incredibly polite and helpful! these folks squeezed me in and got me on the the road the next day. thank you so much for your hard work!! i would definitely recommend these guys for any auto work you need done.

Did a great job aligning my lifted truck and prices aren't horrible.

Got tires coming and an appointment for an alignment to fix a bad alignment done at sandpoint les schwab, they got the old stinky 1 star review for not even looking at the damage done by their poor job. Cost us $800 in tires alone.
Never using sandpoint Les Schwab again.

Realigned. This place is so much better than schwab down the street. Came in under the estimate too.

Thank you to the team at Perfection! They fixed my car in an emergency situation and had awesome hospitality. Prices were also very fair! I will be going back for any future car problems. Grateful to have chose them!

The folks at Perfection Tire fixed a broken power window regulator on my car, which kept my driver-side window stuck down in below-freezing weather, on very short notice. Very friendly and the repair was quick. I really appreciate their help since it's no time to be driving with a window down.

I was having issues with the hinge on my driver door. First I took it to Route 66 because they had done the previous repairs to the door but they told me it needed a new hinge and it would be expensive to install.
I had an appointment to take my car to Perfection Tire for a transmission service and I asked them if they could check out the hinge on my door. They said sure. They checked out all the hinges and made some adjustments plus lubed them all and now they work like a dream. No more clunky noise. Plus they didn’t even charge me. This is not the first time I have had this type of experience with Perfection Tire.

Honest, timely, professional, and open to negotiation. They took a rental car in and got to it as fast as they could and gave us the most reasonable delivery time for the tire even if they didn't have it in stock and it was greatly appreciated that they squeezed us in to a very busy schedule.

Came in because the perfection tire in post falls put two different wheel types on my two cars last year as they were metal rims that looked very similar. When I called about it they were very rude and said that "I can go wherever I like, but I'm paying full price for a mount and dismount" and I never even mentioned not paying for the service, I just stated what had happened. The guys at Ponderay not only did the mount and dismount, but they didn't charge me and were very cordial. I always come to Perfection and will continue to do so.

Wonderful shop! These guys are very professional and always do a great job for us. Whether it's tires or mechanical work, I know they will will fix the problem for a fair price. I also appreciate that many services can be quoted over the phone, which almost always proves to be the lowest when comparing. Top notch!

My dad was a Perfection customer, and I adopted that. I strayed for a year and went to Les Schwab and regret it bitterly. Overpriced, under service, and so hurried they broke lug bolts and air stems. Les and the team at Perfection are awesome. Attentive, always remember me and my vehicles, great prices and they don't try to push the more expensive item.
