The Home Depot

We have been working with the folks at this Home Depot for about a year. Building some condo's up on the mountain, so lots of orders and deliveries. The staff at this location have been great. In particular SARAH TYLER has helped us many times to resolve different issues. Really appreciate all of her extra efforts, she has "saved the day" for us several times. THANKS!

This is the Best Home Depot I have ever been in. VERY clean and organized. Customer Service is top notch. Ken is a huge asset to Home Depot.

The employees were very helpful. They went out of their way to help us. We had questions that were answered. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Ponderay Idaho store is one of the best Home Depot locations that I've had the pleasure of shopping at.
The store Associates are accommodating, knowledgeable and always smiling. They go above beyond to answer my questions, find what I'm looking for, and educate me.

Just about any building supplies you'll want, plants and seeds, tools galore, and appliances too.

Clean, well-organized store. Capable staff who know their stuff.

They have whatever you need to buy any parts tools plumbing hardware anything you need they have

Great customer service. After i ordered a snowblower online that was damaged, the online people gave me the runaround for over a month and wouldn’t let me exchange or return it. I finally tried the local store. Online gave THEM the runaround for a week but they stepped up and made it right and restored my faith in home depot. Really friendly and helpful and we are grateful. Will always shop locally instead of online moving forward.

This is a really good Home Depot, run and staffed by great people. Many of them take time to know you. They do a really good job.

The store always has great inventory when there is word that other places in the country do not. The staff is always great and the parking lot is like a custom truck show from the cool work trucks up here in the northwest.

Got positive info on 2 perrenial plants I bought there that were showing stress.

Never ceases to amaze me how this home Depot can maintain a small town service ethic within a big box store, but they do.

They hold such a large variety of items, and are happy to help you order anything they don't carry but you may have seen online, plus help you understand how to use it without making you feel less than.

I've also found that online chat infinitely helpful with product questions and even refunds. It's always been a no-hassle journey, which is unusual and much appreciated.

In other words are you recommend!!

Stopped by to replace our microwave that recently died and had the pleasure of working with Lorelie in appliances. We came in thinking we would just be collecting data. With Lorelie's help we were able to find and order the perfect fit! Definitely worth the stop in.

One of the best run Home Depot's I've been to. Nice, helpful people. Which is not something I expect from Home Depot, but nonetheless, you can generally find someone who knows where stuff is and seems happy to help.

I had to go get a door knob and key set the other day and had no idea what I was even looking for and the lady who works in the key department was so knowledgeable and she showed me exactly what kind I needed and was so friendly, made my scary shopping trip all better!

Great staff... from window shopping to finding the latest electric riding lawn mower technology, this Home Depot is excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff, great place to help you with DIY projects. Just got a brand new LG washer from them, its being delivered free to my home in a reasonable time. If you are looking to cool off they do have AC units in stock as well as fans galore. Pick up some lumber and screen and build yourselves a bug free area in the back yard.
