I don't write reviews very often, but I want to sincerely thank ownership and management at this AutoZone location. My battery recently died, and the outside temperature was down into the teens (with light snow). Needless to say, that is frigid my North Texas standards.
Alan stepped up in a big way and was able to get my new battery installed even though it wasn't your usual easy battery swap. Despite the cold temp outside, he was super nice about it, and when I offered him some money on the side, he said that while he appreciated the gesture, he couldn't take the money.
Such high integrity and an awesome attitude is sadly hard to find these days, and I GREATLY appreciate Alan's outstanding customer service. You can bet that I'll remember this for a long time and spread the word about this AutoZone location. Thank you!

I literally have no words for my experience today!!! Jennifer was BEYOND phenomenal in assisting me with my new battery!!! I left out in years because of how much she helped me save money during a moment of extreme inconvenience! Thank you so much, Jennifer!!!! I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars!!!

I came in recently and I don’t know much about cars but the worker who helped me, I believe his name was Jarret, made sure to take the time to explain everything to me which was appreciated! Will be coming back.

My battery had died, so of course I went to Auto Zone for some help. An employee named Levi was amazing!! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. It was a hot day, but he went outside without complaint, and helped me by changing out my battery. I highly recommend this location.

I went to a Dr appt at a nearby office. Came out to a dead battery. Jump pack was dead too. Stuck in the parking lot with a dead vehicle and my 2 little girls. Called autozone. Christopher answered the call for help. I paid over the phone for a new battery. Christopher drove out and replaced the battery. Even brought my girls drinks. Hard to find that kind of customer service anymore. Well done, Christopher and autozone.

Got my car inspected to renew my Texas registration. Good customer service 👍

Purchased a battery 3 years ago for my cx 5, starting having an issue holding a charge, they checked it and my alternator, ended up replacing the battery under full warranty, Chris installed the battery in the parking lot. the have been great every time we have visited.

Saying that the employees at this location are amazing is a huge understatement, I want to specifically point out Jessica the manager for not only helping someone in need, but just being a all-around good person and understanding of the situation and making things work. Frank not only made my service, quick and efficient, but he was so kind and generous towards my needs and helping me. I will never go to another AutoZone again and my dad’s mechanic, so I hope that says enough

Really great location! Had to visit a few times for a couple of engine modifications and other projects and they always had what I needed or at least were accurate to what they had in stock according to the website. The staff here is particularly notable and have been kind and knowledgeable every time I visited. Nicolas (Nicholas?) the sales rep and car expert was a pleasure to work with and really expedited the process. Would recommend this location to anyone really.

Bruce and Christopher B assisted my aunt with a taillight that was out in her car. They replaced the bulb for her and had her back on the road in minutes. Thank you for the great service!

This location is great and Levi helped me locate the car battery I needed as well as changed it out for me at no additional charge!
They even went as far to offer me a donut that they had just brought into the store for an employee snack!

The management at this location is outstanding and needs a raise. I made an online order that sent me to the wrong store 40 minutes from this location. The manager asked me while walking if there was anything he could help me with. I explained what happened, and he rebuilt the order on the sport and called the other store to cancel my order. Regrettably, I did not get the manager's name, but I was at the store at 10:00 am on 8/20/2022. He had long blonde hair and glasses; impressed with his customer service.

Great service particularly by Chris Littlejohn and Jennifer. Both took time out to help me with my problem and were able to find a solution. I would definitely recommend them.

Had to go there to replace my car battery. Luckily, it was still under warranty. Manager Chris helped me out. He was very helpful with the entire process. He replace the car battery and I was on my way. I been there few times and the entire team provide me with exceptional customer service. I want to thank Chris and his team for their outstanding customer service they provide.
