AT&T Store

I went in for an upgrade and was greeted immediately upon walking in. Matt assisted me with finding the Galaxy S24 Ultra that I was upgrading to from my old iPhone 13.

I am very satisfied with the service and attention that Matt demonstrated, on top of keeping engaged with me throughout my visit. I'm very happy with this experience and plan to return to this location.

When my wife and I came in we had an issue with our bill and our service set up by the door to door sales guy Bryce. Jamarlin did an AMAZING job giving us a full breakdown and of our bill and making sure we understood our service and what we had. He all did a GREAT job on assisting us with adding 2 new Apple Watches to our plan. Awesome Sales Associate!!!

Phone life in peril!!! eSIM issues and we had no clue how to fix it. Online and help on the phone wasn’t getting us a resolve. So, we called the store and got Mason on the phone said he could take care of us. We made the trek in traffic on 380. Got to the store and all the employees were willing to help. We called out Mason who was more than happy to take care of us. He was able to look at our phones assess the issue and resolve problem in minutes. Mason explained the resolve and our phones were working again!!! Mason has a great attitude and was very attentive to our requests/questions. Could have asked for better service. Thanks Mason!!!

I’ve been in five times over the past six weeks for help with several issues with service, billing, adding a line, and buying new phones. Each time I was helped by Megan, and I could not be more pleased with her professionalism, knowledge, and eagerness to help. She sat with my daughter through a phone transfer and even helped me download and navigate the ATT app. I will come to this store moving forward, and look forward to being helped by Megan again, thank you!

Jamarlin Jackson is the representative to ask for when you go into the Preston Road Store in Prosper, Tx. He was professional, courteous and empathetic. He possessed all of the qualities a person looks for in terms of Great Customer Service!

Today, I upgraded to an Iphone15. I worked with Megan at the Gates of Prosper location who provided a seamless experience for me. Her customer service was fantastic and I highly recommend for anyone needing a new phone or any AT&T services to come see Megan!

Bought two iPhones and a great plan

I purchased an Apple iPhone, 15 Plus from sales associate, professional expert, Mr. Piper. He was professional, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I received top-notch quality customer service. This was my very first time purchasing an Apple product. He made the transition from android seamless and effortless. Because of Mr. Piper, I am now a devoted Apple customer, and will highly recommend Mr. Piper to all friends and family.

Piper was very customer driven. He is an excellent example of what companies should look for in employees who represent them.

Piper is AMAZING. I came into the store around 5:00 pm with numerous issues I needed solved and expected to wait for hours. He greeted me at the door, told me to sit right down, and he got right to work. The amount of patience and kindness he showed was so appreciated. After calling att earlier for over an hour, having a real person with a wonderful attitude and willingness to help was much needed and very refreshing.

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional assistance provided by one of your representatives, Monte and the manager, Natalie, at the AT&T store in Prosper, Texas.

As the designated account manager for my company's business account, I encountered a significant issue with one of our upgraded phones not being able to receive the international day pass we have on our plan. Despite numerous attempts and hours spent on the AT&T 1-800 number, I was unable to find a solution until I decided to call a store.

I was pleasantly surprised when someone at the Prosper store answered the phone, as my previous attempts to contact other ATT stores had gone unanswered. Monte took the time to listen patiently as I explained the situation and the challenges I had faced with resolving the issue.

After verifying the security questions and examining our account, Monte noticed that the international day pass was already active on the phone number in question. He suggested a simple yet effective step of removing and re-adding it to the device. This solution worked lie a charm, and I was thrilled that the problem was finally resolved.

In addition to his problem-solving skills, Monte was also quick to address some other concerns I had regarding our account. He answered all my questions with remarkable efficiency, which further showcased his dedication to customer service.

I also want to extend my gratitude to the manager, Natalie of the Prosper location for her attentiveness to the situation, as I could hear her in the background making sure everything was covered.
