Starbucks

This Starbucks is small however maintains its great customer service attitude. The drive thru was quick and inside also they have few chairs to sit and relax. The restroom was clean and staff was courteous. The location is convenient and order ahead feature attracts quick turn around time. Ample parking outside and the drive thru was fast. The food and beverage is little costly however the taste is awesome.

Casey is just AMAZING! He’s so sweet and he has such a POSITIVE vibe and brightens my day every time I come in there. Thank you CASEY!

Stopped in today with my kiddo for some sweet treats to the new location in Prosper off Preston and 380. She got a birthday cake cake pop and a pink drink and I had a hot chocolate with pumpkin spice, pretty delish.

This location had a much more contemporary vibe than the other Starbucks I have been to. That long upholstered bench looks so comfy! They also had a grouping of chairs in the corner that looked pretty cozy as well. We opted to sit outside and they had some comfy upholstered chairs out there as well

It was pretty busy when we went during a Sunday around 3:00 but the staff was friendly and we got our things pretty quickly.

The staff are very kind and show the good leadership of this store. I always enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but this place stands out.

Prosper has a great place to gather at this Starbucks! It’s the hub of the community and a wonderful place to get your coffee and meet with friends. With more and more people moving into the area, and supply issues everywhere, it gets busy, but the staff works hard to make it right. Welcome, y’all!

First time here today. Fast and friendly service! They actually had some breakfast sandwiches available when all other local locations were sold out!

Went to this starbucks after almost 1 year and the service was absolutely the best. If I remember correctly, the server name was Christina. The drink was perfectly made!

Always a Starbucks around when you need a cuppa! This is a relatively new Starbucks. Convenient, clean and fast so don't let a line in the drive through scare you. My sandwich was perfect and so was my hot creme Brule latte. The icing on the cake was the person in front of me paid for mine and then I paid it forward. The young man working the window had obvious joy at being a part of doing something nice for others.

This is by far the best starbucks in all of the metropolex! Wes, you are my hero!

A sincere Thank You to this location. I’ve driven thru this location so many time always having a good experience but today this location was absolutely above & beyond amazing with their kindness. They could tell it had been a challenging day and when I pulled to the window they said “this one is on us”. Immediate tears - I was overcome with their kindness. This is an incredible example of how people can make a difference with a simple act of kindness…so grateful to the Starbucks team for recognizing and acting upon this very thoughtful gesture. I will pay it forward the next time I visit!

I love this location. I drive all around Texas, and this is one of my favorite locations. I am a gold member ✨ 💛 😎 and this baristas nail my drinks every time. And they are friendly and attentive. THANK YOU, GUY'S.

Shout out to the weekday morning barista's! They keep the line moving, and our drinks are always accurate!

Always crowded but it’s worth the wait as the food quality is good…hope you have the best time at Starbucks

I had the best service the other day!! Kristina was my barista and made my coffee ☕ PERFECT!!
She delivered it with a smile and was extremely welcoming! So impressed with such a young kid who takes pride in her job!

I usually go to the one on Stonebrook and Preston but decided to stop by to the new location in Prosper. This Starbucks is super friendly! I love how I came at a non-busy time and they took their time looking for the merchandise I was looking for but unfortunately did not have. I was blown away by how they handled looking because most Starbucks’ say “oh we aren’t allowed” or “park in the parking lot and come look” but not this Starbucks they go over the moon and also provide different options. My drinks were also fantastic, im not really picky but it’s the fact I decided to add some modifications and they did so flawlessly.

Love love love popping by when I get off work. I have been during busy time, extremely busy times, and slower times and I still have very little wait time, everyone is beyond kind and helpful, and literally the night manager and the team are why I go by there.

Juliette helped with my very first Starbucks experience at the age of 60!!! She was so helpful and explained the difference between nitro and regular cold brew! She got me hooked on Cold brew Nitro drinks. Now she is always a smile and kind words! I love the vibe here all the staff is very kind and helpful but she stands out! Thanks
