This Starbucks location has plenty of seating inside and outside. There's a wall with flyers posted for information about events in the area. The restroom is detached and inside the building's lobby. You'll need to ask the cashier for the code. Service was good and the egg bites and coffee tasted as expected. The interior had nice decorations for the holidays.

Most amazing Starbucks in Salinas. Everyone is extremely kind and treats their customers with the utmost respect. Go to Mike and Denisse if you want an amazing drink! ☀✌

Clean, nice store with plenty of seating

My customer service experience here was excellent. However, there are a few things that could use improvement. The restroom is in another part of the building through a locked lobby that is only sometimes staffed by a security guard. Accessing the restroom is hit or miss. There are power and USB charging outlets under the seats, but many of them charge slowly or don't work at all. If these issues were fixed it would be my favorite Starbucks, because it's conveniently located close to the bus station and train station.

Great barista service and coffee.

I have done some reviews on other Starbucks stores with 5 stars and a great recommendation, therefore I'll do it to this Starbucks store as well. I love Starbucks and I am an active gold member. This store may be a bit smaller than other one that I have gone to but it also keeps on giving me a great experience by having great customer service, keeping the store clean, and organized for fast service. Although parking spaces can be a bit of a struggle since there isn't too many parking spaces in this area. I will still give it a 5 star 🌟 for it's amazing drinks and service.

I have only visited Starbucks in 14 cities in the USA, and 8 countries. The Starbucks in Thailand and Japan have pretty awesome service. Sooooooooo to be honest, The Salinas Starbucks branch comes in to number 3.
Number one for service to customers, at least to me, out of fourteen or 15 in the US of A.
No I don't know anyone personally here. They are just outstanding in customer service.

So, I didn’t know you couldn’t pay with Apple Pay, but with the Starbucks app, said the very nice barista. While I was downloading the app, the very nice barista called me over saying that the drink I ordered was on her. I couldn’t believe it. To that very nice barista, thank you. We need more kind and compassionate people in this world.

Baristas are really nice, excellent customer service. I've had pleasant experiences coming here, and im not from the area. Definitely ordering my starbucks here whenever I come visit.

Nice store with a great staff! One thing to note is that it's not operated by Starbucks so while you earn Starbucks Rewards on your account purchases, you cannot redeem your Rewards at this store.

Love it here! As soon as you come through the door you are greeted with a genuine hello! Staff is awsome and they are always friendly its very fast and efficient

Clean and as expected service. If wanting to use the restroom, need to let the cashier know when ordering. Its a couple doors down and will get a code on the receipt.
