I love this new partnership!! Sephora x Kohl’s has a larger selection and amount of products, than Sephora x JcPenny’s. The associates in this store were friendly.

I am clueless when it comes to makeup and Raina was amazing with helping find what I wanted. She took her time and was very patient with me. She help me match my color for different products and she recommended a lot of useful products. You don’t find service like this in this day and age.

I don't wear make-up often so all my products were way past due for replacement. I went to this Sephora hoping to find help buying all new products and advice on how to wear them. Solani spent much of her morning talking to me. She recommended products she loved that were also in my budget. She showed me how to put them on and recommended tutorials. We got everything from foundation to lip liners to eye shadows. I ended up getting everything I needed. The photo is of me in my new make-up!

Desiree was sooooo extremely helpful! I drove all the way from Macon to get a color match. After months and 50+ tries of different foundations, she finally was able to match me perfectly. Thank you again Desiree!! I greatly appreciate it!

Solani helped me find the perfect foundation for my skin type and even helped shade match me! Had perfect customer service and made my experience absolutely delightful ☺

I was kind of shocked when I saw that Sephora I had left JCPenney's and move in to Kohl's the space for the store is a lot bigger. They didn't have what I was looking for but the customer service was great

Everything was nice, clean, and well stocked. The staff was polite. I would have appreciated it if someone had asked me for assistance while selecting makeup options.

Friendly service and a better selection of beauty and skincare over the previous Sephora at JCPenny.

At least she gave me some cream to get me thru....they never have my Josie Maran.

the customer service sucks here, idk the heavier set lady that always has her head wrapped but i visit this location 2-3x out the month and her attitude is ALWAYS nasty like she's inconvenienced. Take the drive into the city or even peachtree city or even online or ULTA.. just NOT here

The young lady at this location on December 4 had very bad customer service. I was excited about going into this location since it’s in Kohls now. I was in need for some foundation. I ask the lady for help in search of the correct shade and brand. She was no help and had no concern. I hate to bring race up. I watched her help the other ladies with no hesitation. I purchased some hair products. And I stood in line where she helped the same laddies on return of a blouse. She also told them about some sales etc. She was very kind to them. She needs to be retrained on treating people equal. I won’t shop here again. I’ll go to Ulta where they help and treat people equally.

The girl here today was so unhelpful …. More worried about cashing out her drawer then helping customers …. Sent me to the. Kohls checkout … bc she was busy closing her drawer at 830 knowing you don’t close till 9 …. Ridiculous….

Customer service is trash was skipped over had been standing to the side for 5 mins waiting. She completely ignored my existence and took 2 people ahead of me
