Dunkin'

I have changed my stars. I don’t know if there’s new management, but I know there are new employees and wow my experience has been so much better this time. No long lines, they actually have donuts in stock(they’re always out of the one I like, not this time), and the employees are nice and patient. Great job guys! Keep it up!

I'm giving 5 stars for the employee. The young man, JuJuan was working alone. Yet, he was patient and understanding while changing and serving my order. I went back again, this time the young Lady working was just as thoughtful. Kudos you two.

The staff are always so sweet! At my visit today you could tell everyone was having fun and working hard. My coffee was perfect and the service was fast! Thank you for making my day!!

Give Grace the cashier a raise! I came back in with a complaint about my coffee and she was genuinely patient and kind and immediately offered to remake it. She even gave me a free donut for the wait, and the coffee was indeed better than the first. Thank you Grace. Keep up the good work!

During our visit it was BUSY! Drive thru around the building and outside of the parking lot. Inside several people plus many mobile orders. Mostly younger people working and they were handling things so well! Even when some customers were being rude the employees handled themselves professionally. We ordered several coffee drinks, donuts and breakfast sandwiches and everything was as ordered. Bravo!!!!

I've never been inside the store, but the drive-through is quick. Sometimes there's a long line in the mornings, but they move people through very quickly. I don't think I've ever had a wrong order here, which I appreciate.

MRS.PAULA IS THE BEST! Every time I come there she is nice and hooks my drink up just right. If you want your drink made right ask for her. She should have her own store or at least a raise!

I always come here and order the same specific coffee and it always comes out tasting just as I like it every time ! Great service and great place! Taste better than Starbucks. The guy Pedro represents the company very well. He should be manager there. Knows what he's doing and very professional.

Great experience just now. While they were out of Croissants, they made me Bavarian cream doughnuts and added an extra one in the bag for me. Thank you!

Since they got a new manager and staff in 2016, one of the best DD stores in the area! The new manager did a much needed turn-around of this location. Kudos to him!

They are always fast even if the drive thur is long. Food is always good and everyone is very kind at the window and when taking the order. The best dunkin in ptc.

Dunkin donuts is the best. One time they ran out of the type of donut I wanted so instead they gave me the equivalent amount of donut holes which was very impressive. Dunkin donuts knows their math and that's fantastic yo.

This Dunkin is my absolute favorite. They take orders very well and are very good at paying attention to the details of what you want in your coffee.

This store went through a rough season, but they seem to be back on track.
