Kolache Factory

Delicious, easy to eat, and just the right size. I had never heard of kolaches before, but while visiting friends in Houston, they suggested trying them one morning for breakfast, it was a great choice. The staff were efficient and very friendly, and there is a huge selection of kolache fillings in the restaurant. I think I went with ham and cheese, and sausage and egg. Two were enough for breakfast. As other people have mentioned, they're really handy to eat while on the go - no mess. Great value too. I really want to look up some kolache recipes, as I don't think we have them in Ireland. The coffee was good too.

the workers are so sweet! they let me buy kolaches even though they were closed. AND THE KOLACHES ARE SUPER GOOD ALSO!! i got the brisket and it was really yummy

1st time here and having a kolache loved the Ranchero and bbq.

In Hawaii, we call this, Manapua! Their were so many different flavors! Yummy! I decided on the brisket, again!

Rosie, the manager and her staff are always with a smile, ready to take our order. We have been going for years due to the customer service and the delicious Kolaches. We have gone to dine in, pick up and drive-thru.

Hard to go wrong with a good kolache, and this place has them! I love how they have a drive thru (even though it makes it WAY too easy to just grab them really quick on my way home from the gym!)

I didn't even know what a kolache was but was told I had to try one. The counter folks were great about making recommendations considering I had no clue what to try. I'm glad I stopped by because kolache's are awesome!

Ordered ahead and my excellent food was ready on time and fab.

I'm a happy regular at this location! I always get yummy and fresh kolaches when I stop by! Rosie, the store manager is my favorite! She truly has a heart for service and is friendly and patient. Thank you, Rosie!!

I believe in 2nd chances. I just know how the other locations are and was very surprised on this location. I'm glad that this reached you. I'll go ahead and change this 1 star give it another shot. Will come back and check on them. I'm here to help improve services and not just level up on google reviewer.

Apparently the manager here has a bad hearing problem. I ordered sausage and cheese. And she said I SAID sausage egg and cheese. I didnt know u just correct your customers like that. Then wants to just throw the 5$ refund. A manager position shouldn't have a walmart attitude. So find someone else that would show respect and kindness especially if you are at fault. Today is 2.22.2020. So corporate I hope your listening. Go see what the problem is. Yes we know they are busy. But kindness is not a hard job.

We were pleasantly surprised. We went on a whim and we are so glad we did. The food was delicious and the lattes were on point. It was a bit on the pricey side but the portions were huge. Definitely coming back!

Ok let me start off by saying Rossi ( I believe that is her name) is the best human being I've come across in a long time. I work for centerpoint inspecting gas lines and I got sent out here yesterday for my work day which is almost an hour drive from my house. I always drive to me work area and find somewhere to have breakfast before I ge to work which in this situation was this place. I got here and as I was getting down down I've realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. This has happened to me once before and it was terrible I had to struggled to find a place to order online which for some reason online ordering was very difficult specially in an area you don't know and after struggling for like 2 hours I decided to get DoorDash app and have food delivered to me in my work area which I had to wait another hour for it to get delivered so now I have google pay so I can pay with my phone. I went in here and advised Rossi I lost my wallet and if I could pay using my phone. Unfortunately they didn't have the machine for I can pay with my phone but Rossi was kind enough to let me get the food and go back the next day nd pay. I was mind blown because this is the first time this happens to me where I got to a restaurant I've never been , 1st time ever and they are kind enough to this for a customer. Now today I went back ( today my work area was in Downtown close to the Houston zoo) but I went back just to pay Rossi and show my gratitude. I got my breakfast today (which by the way their Italian chicken kolache and ham & cheese croissant are delicious) we chatted a bit and as I was paying she told me not to worry about yesterday's food and she will just charge me for today's breakfast. Oh my God , my heart, this girl is an angel. Seriously, Rossi, you have a great soul. Please don't ever change no matter the difficul time or people you have to deal with, don't ever loose your kind soul. The world needs more people like you. Next time I get sent to work over by Katy area will definitely visit again. You have gained a customer for a lifetime. A million thanks.

As a returning customer, Kolache Factory!! Thank you!!!... for the gift of a cinnamon roll and 3 glazed donuts, in addition to our usual purchase, your sweets are on point, and that sausage and egg kolache is my fave!! A loyal customer.

The only problem I found is they don't reheat the kolaches enough so they are warm and not hot as you expect.

We didn't know there was a kolache factory at this location. I stopped in for a snack and the kolaches were fresh and no problem when heated.
Employees were helpful about the different kolaches ingredients.

Definitely miss having kolaches. The man at the register was exceptionally rude though, over a couple of cubes of ice for our coffee. Aside from him, I was happy.
