McDonald's

Hands down the best mediocre fast food in the world. When you want a medium quality burger, put together un-spectacularly, and at a less than affordable price, this is the place. It's also a daycare in the back by the indoor inclined plane that pretends to be a slide. Bring a first aid kit for your littles, one or more are always hurt by the kids that are way to big for it.

Legend says that some folks can get ice cream too.

The photo I added is of a random wall, not at McDonald's. You cannot enjoy this particular wall at McDonald's. McDonald's walls are far more entertaining so I suggest a visit!

We just visited this location and I was must say we will be back ! This McDonald’s was so clean, the customer service was phenomenal. The food was fresh and good. The woman who cleans the lobby was so nice, just happy and stayed smiling. My son just adored her. The play area was so clean, as soon as someone got up to leave, that lady was right there to wipe the table and seats down.

Nice McDonald’s restaueant. Nice to see they do Spanish in the drive thru.

Even though the DT Was fairly busy, they got our order right, and was served hot and fresh.

Doesn't look like ZMcDonalds, nice bldg. Always great coffee.

food is what we all know yes but this rating is about the kid stuff, wow it's a whole diff level, sure there's the indoor playground part BUT there are tons of computer games too on giant screens right on & next to & even in tables, drawing/tic tac toe, etc etc., very good place for indoor entertainment

Food was fresh and the service was fast and the kids enjoyed the play area.

Lillian the manager is the best always make sure that my order is correct and make sure that the other employees are taking good care of the customers!!!! Food is always hot and fresh

Mickey D's was crowded due to National Cheeseburger day 50 cent double cheeseburgers

We was frustrated and I couldn't show them that I had ordered from the App. I had to order again and pay again. I don't know if it was just me or me and the App. I felt like they thought I was just making it up,to get some free food.

I love how they updated everything. I've been coming to this McDonald's for about a month or so now being that I refused to go to the McDonald's on Mason and I-10 because that one never got my order right. THIS McDonald's has never failed at any of my orders. Everything comes out correct the first time fresh hot with friendly staff. The drive-thru is fast no matter what I've ordered it is always taken under 3 minutes.

This location is an excellent example of what a McDonald's should be. It is always clean and well maintained. The employees are nice and most are bilingual, which is very important to this area. Service is mostly quick and I have never had an issue with the food. Menu items have always been available, unlike other locations where shake or coffee machines are frequently out of order.

I purchased a chicken sandwich meal and it was hot and delicious.
Staff was very friendly and super nice

Always grab a bite when picking up Happy Meal toys for the grandkids.

This is the McDonald's in old town Katy Texas. They finished the remodel since the hurricane Harvey flood. My only disappointment was they made the indoor play ground for the children smaller. They restaurant is a lot larger. Nice and clean inside and outside. Very professional employees. Our lunch was delicious. My granddaughter enjoyed the play ground even though it is smaller.

We come here so often, it's crazy! The facilities are constantly in great shape and the service and the food are undoubtedly one of the best in the Old Katy area. Kudos to Polo, the man in charge of upkeep. He came around at least five times to make sure everything was clean:)

We came for indoor play area. Grandson had blast! They also have computer games. Food tastes like all mc'd food.

Food was good and hot, very tasty. Favorite part of this McDonald's is the table top video games. The games are fun for little ones (6 yo), teens (14 & 15) and elders alike.

This is one of those rare locations that actually get your order right (more often than not, lol) They have their employees on a pretty consistent schedule, so each shift seems to know exactly how to get the food out hot, fast, and ACCURATE. It's nice to know who's working when you pull up to the window also. It must be a good place to work, because some of their employees have been there for years and are always smiling when you walk in the door. This is one of my favorite McDonald's locations. I hope that they are promoting the employees to management, because the current managers should be sent to help out some of these slow unorganized locations.
