Employee Kyle was more than helpful. His attention to detail and offering the right add on were impressive. I was ordering a bunch coffee and donuts for a company gathering. He went out of his way while being very busy. Excellent service. Need more people like him. Thanks again!!!

When I got there. There was hardly any people in the store. I was able to order my breakfast sandwich and sit down and eat it. It was pretty good experience

I always ordered the vanilla bean coolata but when I accidentally ordered a vanilla bean mocha coolata I discovered my new favorite. Vanilla bean tasted like melted vanilla ice cream was amazing but with mocha it’s almost like chocolate coffee I definitely recommend giving them a try!

I love this particular Dunkin location. My mom and I come here often when we are out. We also tend to pick up large orders for our whole family here and the workers are very nice and the drinks always come out Awesome! The food is not too bad either, but I usually don't have too many high expectations from fast food places. Just wish they didn't burn the food although I am sure it isn't done on purpose.

Nice clean place, just opened on 37 in Toms River. Donuts and coffee was delicious. Best wishes to this new Dunkin.

This place is very good. Now context “I do not like DD, my wife loves there coffee though”. Since my wife likes DD I have had to go here. The owner of this location has personally taken care of me several times when going through there drive through and she is so nice and personable. I love that kind of atmosphere and attitude. I enjoy DD when I utilize this DD. This location has a very convenient drive through that lets you get in and out and on your way.

Have t gone here a lot but every time I have it’s been busy and it’s fast moving without messing up your order. Coffee was always made just how I asked (which is more than I can say for a lot of other locations). Anytime I’m in the area this is the Dunkin I go to.

I go to this Dunkin location 2-3 times a week. They are very fast and efficient which is why I choose this location over others in the area. Recently they forgot one item in my order which has never happened at this location before. The regional manager promptly reached out to me personally, apologized, and corrected the mistake. They truly value their customers which is why I continue to visit this location. Employees are extremely friendly.

Great Quiet Place for good donuts and coffee

Extremely friendly staff, especially in the morning. What I ask for is exactly what I get and in a timely manner. My coffee is spot on everyday. Inside the store itself is clean and comfortable. Only negative about the place is the drive thru. Little tight for a f150. I've seen a few hit the tall curbsides. Besides that thank you for your service. See you all tomorrow!

This Dunkin Donuts location is really great! I always stop here whenever I am in the area. The other locations are not as awesome as this one! You will get the best customer service guaranteed. The only thing I suggest to take caution for is the drive-thru! It is extremely tight to turn into. They should most definitely update it as soon as possible because someone I know hit their front bumper on the curb the other night! It has a small dent but nothing too serious. Other than that though, the coffee is always well made and the food is as expected whenever you order from DD! I will keep coming back whenever I am in Toms River.

In contrast to nearly every other DD, but especially the one on Lakewood Road by the Parkway, this one is OUTSTANDING. Service is great and the never fail to greet you with a smile. Food and coffee is done right the first time and on the rare occasion something is wrong, they fix it immediately. I go out of my way to visit this one.

They dont know what they are doing there for the 3 time i went there they didn't do it rite. Didn't load my card rite had to go back over they over charged on my debit they talk too much and the help as no clue will not go back and I live close to it will go to Starbucks instead they always get my order rite there. Manger at dunkin had no clue.

I love this Dunkin. The evening crew is the best. Austin is great, and he always makes the best frozen coffees and iced macchiatos. My fiancee and I always go there when he's working. He always remembers our orders, and is just the nicest. Him and the whole evening crew are wonderful. This is the only Dunkin I like going to.

Edit: They fired my dude awhile ago over some nonsense. Probably the biggest mistake they could've made. Him and the one other guy (who's name I don't know) were their best employees.

Always get my order right, always accommodating. I have a different dunkin closer to me (down the street in fact) and i take the extra few miles to go to this one farther away because the staff and service is so amazing!

Went on National Coffee Day: enjoyed my free medium coffee and Turkey Sausage/Egg/cheese on toasted Sourdough Bread. Good service, good food, good deal!

Love the "snackin bacon".. there's about 6-8 bacon strips that come in a small bag & come seasoned with black pepper, sugar and a dab of maple syrup. All 3 flavors erupt together in your mouth and their so damn good! We stop every morning for breakfast and have a cup of coffee, a plain bagel with cream cheese, and a few orders of snackin bacon, all well on the way to drive my son to school.

My order had an error. I ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese croissants and 2 bacon. Got home and there was 4 bacon croissants. I don't eat bacon. I called and they will issue me 2 sandwhiches when I leave out for work. Mistakes happen, I like when an establishment try to make it right. Thank you DD!
