We use the app to order and everything came as expected it was good

Never have a problem at this Dunkin' Donuts! They ALWAYS get my order correct. They staff is very polite & courteous. They welcome you when you arrive and are pleasant to see you off when leaving. Now I drive 15 mins out of my way just to come to this Dunkin' because the one by my house in Toms River on 37 is unbelievably incompetent! You would figure that by me living across the street and going to that one every day for months and getting the same exact order, that they would be familiar with my order. There was several times I would get all the way to work or home and the order was completely wrong or entirely someone else's. They never ever give a receipt. Anyhow.. 5 stars all the way for this Dunkin' above!! 👍🍩🥯

Staff is friendly and they know me and my order so well that soon as I get to the counter my orders ready. They do excellent for being short staffed

I saw the nastiest Karen complain and yell at the girl behind the counter and in response she was nothing but calm and accommodating. Can't believe how some people talk to others and that girl deserves an award and a raise if that's a normal occurrence. I have nothing but nice things to say about this location and the people who work there! The customers on the other hand....

I visit almost every day for my iced coffee and a snackin' bacon. The staff is fast and super friendly. They must be doing something right because the drive-thru usually has a line! Best coffee anywhere!

I just went through the drive thru and the customer service was great. Everyone was so friendly and my coffee is perfect!

Dunkin’ in Sea Girt Mall moves very quickly and never messed up my order.

I was at Dunkin Donuts yesterday Thursday 25th it was very nice very helpful guy in his wife found my wallet and he paid for my munchkins for me cuz he swear that I was very upset they were very helpful and they would hurry concerned so I want to thank the couple that bought the munchkins for me God bless them and be safe and thank you so much again and as for Dunkin Donuts I love it thank you

Ordered on the mobile app on my way home from the Jersey shore. Sunday morning, not too busy, quick service. Covid-19 measures still being observed,no dine in and tables in front of ordering spots. Masks were not required.

Long line for drive through but the wait went by quickly. Two for $2.00 Egg wrap sandwiches were hot and fresh.

Its not like I go there every day, just when I feel like ice coffee, even in winter, drive up moves fast, who ever is at the window has a smile.

Fast service the employees are very nice and helpful. I've never had a problem anytime I've gone there.

Just moved as round this Dunkin from a bit further in toms river and I definitely prefer this one now.

Plenty of seating, if this Covid lockdown ever stops. Wife and friends spend many a time there.
