I wish it was closer to me. There's an older woman at the drive though, that is so very nice. She makes the drive through a pleasant experience. Live the onion rings

This BK is so flipping amazing!! Very friendly staff who care about the people. I’ve never had a wrong order from this store! No Joke! My dad and I moved down here in 2017 so we’re talking at least half a hundred satisfying meals. I might just leave my other job and apply here. You can tell they value the customer and that makes me feel so welcomed when I go in. Much appreciated . Thank you much And God bless you all - Thomas

Best Burger King so nice and accommodating had a big order for me and my coworkers they helped even opened the door for me when I left such a nice establishment.

We drove thru late around 9:30pm and had the BEST service I have ever had from any BK. The lady who helped us at the window also made our whoppers (her name was Ann Marie) and she was PHENOMENAL!!! The kindest, most alert and helpful person who I have ever had assist me at BK. What was even better was our food order was on point and my whopper was SO amazing that it literally tasted like the best I have ever had in my life. It literally tasted like it came from a commercial photo... The look was perfect and the taste was MAGICAL! I live in Beachwood but I am willing to drive down to this BK every time I would like anything from BK from now on. It is my #1 choice! Thank you Ann Marie and staff at BK by Mule Rd on rte 37!

What can I say about Burger King? The burgers are definitely burgers.. This Burger King was very quiet inside & for the most part. If you're in this area stop by.

We went thru the drive thru and the cashier was very friendly. Awesome customer service . Food was very good . Haven't had Really Good Burger King since I worked in one in Monmouth County 20 years ago. We order 2 double cheese burgers , 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches and 2 Large Onion Rings and a burger for the dog . Food was HOT FRESH AND DELICIOUS even my dogs burger was Fresh . Great job guys . 5 Stars and from what we could see the Store was very very clean .BTW it was also dinner time .... Thanks again

My family had gotten lunch earlier today and I recently noticed something unpleasant. I will not go into details as I don't wish to bash the company in any way. Especially when it was addressed as professionally as it was by the company. Unfortunately I had to call corporate because I couldn't get a hold of a manager by phone and to be fair it was around 5pm so they must have had their dinner rush. I appreciate my concerns being heard and addressed with compassion and professionalism. I wasn't expecting my money back nor was I looking for that, my main focus was what I felt was a safety issue, but appreciated it nonetheless. I just want to thank the lady from corporate who took my call, the district manager and lastly the store manager. All of whom I still can't believe where so kind and professional. No matter what the issue turns out to be in their eyes, hopefully they make sure etxra steps are taken to ensure the safety of future customers. My family and I still recommend going to this location as we have never had an issue before but things can sometimes happen. Its what actions are taken next that count.

Been going to this Burger King since I was a kid foods always good staff is always friendly, stopped there on my way home to get a quick bite to eat worth it.

Ordered thru the app. Food was hot and ready when I arrived. Some of the friendliest workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to say how kind Logan was when taking my order. I usually have difficulty because I am nervous but he was very understanding. I felt kind of bad taking so much time to order because he was left alone at the front, but my food came out quickly and efficiently despite this. He was so nice about it and I really appreciated that!

The lady was very nice lady at the cash register was very nice and patient. I just want to give her a good accommodation oh how nice she was. My food came out really good, never had a bad experience at this Burger King.

I’d like to express my appreciation for Logan the young man at the drive through. I’m hearing impaired and could not hear through the speaker. He had me pull up to the window to personally take my order. He’s a kind courteous young man and hope he’s appreciated.

Seriously amazing ! Gotta give the workers credit working through a pandemic! They can’t even open the inside because they don’t have enough help! And still taking customers through the drive through has to be tough! I don’t mind waiting in the drive through line knowing I’m going to get fresh, hot food EVERY time. Hands down best Burgerking in the area.

Let me start by saying I go to this Burger King quite frequently. Sometimes I'm a pain and I order either a whopper or a chicken sandwich for breakfast and not once has anybody ever complained they've always been very polite and very friendly and the food always comes out hot. Just keep an eye on your croissant which make sure you get the right meat that would be my only comment but hey everybody's entitled to a mistake that's why I gave them a five-star
