Factory tours are Monday and Fridays only and it is highly recommended you call beforehand. Manufacturing schedules can also throw a wrench into the normal tour schedule (i.e. production of unreleased models). If you visit on a day when the tour is not offered, you can watch a video that describes the processes used at the plant.
The front staff was very friendly and courteous. The “Customer Experience” Lobby contains old and new Indians and during my visit you could sit on the FTR Factory racer.
Tip - the day shift employees get out at 2:30-3 so the parking lot can get congested when leaving at the same time. Overall a worthwhile diversion for anyone interested in motorcycles.

We stopped in spirit lake facility. Great information and welcome. Beautiful facility. Very clean and well maintained. Bikes on display amazing. We had a blast! Highly recommend.

Great history, great hospitality, a very knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The bikes are amazing. A very fun stop. Impressive. The facility is very clean. Everybody is professional. If you love motorcycles you'll love this place!

Great visit! Too bad the tours aren't back. The virtual tour doesn't do the facility justice.

They have a video tour when the actual Factory Floor tour is not available , factory tours are a guided tour by Indian Employees who will answer any questions that they can, no open to shoes allowed,they give headsets and safety glasses out to the groups I haven't taken anyone to see the video tour but have heard it's quite informative.no photos or videos allowed past the front lobby, they do offer some hats and shirts for visitors to buy( there is a dealer down the road if you want more of a selection or want to actually ride / purchase a Indian Motorcycle , Slingshot, ATV, or whatever too ) and they do get a change of display Motorcycles in the lobby from time to time showing New limited rides as well as custom and old original bikes from the golden years.

Extremely polite staff and some beautiful bikes on display.

The best motorcycle in the world

I contacted customer service only to get some guy who doesn't care that the dealership has my bike for a recall for over a week now, when I had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance. He claims they are working on it, and the dealer tells me they put the part on another bike. I understand the dealers are independently owned but usually when you call customer service, they get involved a little more and try to figure out what the hell is going on. This manufacturer does not care whatsoever. I had a lot better customer service with Ducati, and Harley Davidson. I think I'll go back to one of them when I get rid of this damn FTR....
