NAPA Auto Parts - Auto & Truck Parts of Estherville

My battery died and they tested it for free. I was ready to buy a battery charger but they offered to charge ir for me although it is not something they do. I was so happy with the welcoming and helpful service I received that I walked the aisle looking for items I could buy. They have won a new customer with me.

I took in my dad's battery because it was dead and instead of pushing me to buy something new, the gentleman working pointed out that it was not even that old and I should take it to the place I bought it from to get a replacement. He could have ignored I over looked the date and sold me a battery. He didn't and I think for that he earns 5 stars!

I ordered a thermostat yesterday because they didn't have one on hand but they had it delivered so I was able to pick it up today. Great service.

The guys here really know what they're doing... Unlike other Napas which have consistently given me wrong parts and bad advice, I've never been steered wrong here
