Bought a new mattress and foundation for the summer cottage on Spirit Lake. The delivery men showed up promptly as scheduled and were so wonderful to get it up the barely big enough to fit stairwell. Had not slept well the past several nights but was able to get in a wonderful much needed nap. THANKS!

UPDATE: As promised 3 years ago, we purchased a fantastic loveseat from Jensen Furniture yesterday. It was a great experience! I bet Furniture Mart wishes they'd ordered the La-z-Boy part for us 3 years ago.
Jensen Furniture gets an A+ for customer service!!! We needed a La-z-Boy part. La-z-Boy rep said she would contact closest dealer and connect our call to them. She called Furniture Mart in Spirit Lake. After long wait on hold, she came back and said they would NOT order part because we did not get love seat from them. She then contacted Jensen Furniture in Estherville, and they know how to treat customers!!! They looked up needed part and ordered it. This required research and several phone calls back and forth to us and warehouse. They have earned a customer for life!
