Danny was unbelievably helpful. We had a lot of questions about adding a line to our plan but also updating my wife’s phone. He stayed an hour after his shift to make sure we were taken care of. So happy he transferred from the Toms River location to here. We walked out with a new phone, an additional line, and T-Mobile 5g whole home WiFi. Thanks again!

Sean, Barbara and Anthony worked hard and politely to aid me in transitioning from my old wireless service. They were attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. They did not try to oversell me and in fact helped me to save money. It’s a good company and great wireless service. These people were a refreshing change. It’s hard to get into the parking lot from the circle so watch for that.

Usually there is a long wait at most stores. I walked in and saw a bunch of people and was about to leave. A t-mobile rep approached me almost immediately and took my order/purchase right away. I've never had such quick service! Usually, it takes 45 mins to an hour.
I cannot remember off the top of my head. The gentleman's name. He did a great job!

Barbara helped me get my new phone and transfer everything over. She went through deals and plans and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. She was patient and knowledgeable and I trusted her the whole time. Thank you!!

The associate who worked for me was phenomenal! His name is Sidney from the Neptune, N.J. store and he was excellent from start to finish. I upgraded recently to a new phone where he expertly recommended all of my options with the right combination of expertise and friendliness. Transferring my old phone to my new phone was tricky in my particular case and he patiently helped me get everything I needed once again with 100% skill and friendliness. Super great associate overall. He really handled my case and other customers' cases as I observed with excellence. He should be commended. Awesome asset to that store! My phone wasn’t working right. Dean was super helpful and fixed everything. He greeted me with a smile and cheerfully helped me with the issue in a very short period of time. Good vibe at this store!

I never write reviews but a customer service associate named Sidney at this Neptune, NJ store was so friendly, accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable I felt the need to write a review. After going to 3 different T-Mobile stores trying to utilize the #getoutofthered promotion for Verizon customers and having the associates at those stores have no clue what I am talking about, it was amazing to come across Sidney at this T-Mobile store who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hope management at this store comes across this review because this man deserves a promotion!! Truly A+ quality service he provides and is so nice and helpful!

went on friday 7/24/2020, had the BEST experience! Danielle, the store manager, helped my switch from Verizon to Tmobile. she found the best deal for me, hooked my cell up. stress free, easy, absolutely wonderful. definately recommend!

Justin is the complete sensai of T- Mobile customers! His patience, instruction, great listening skills and overall understanding of his products makes your visit to this particular store a pleasure as well as accomplishing your phone needs.

The first individual was unable to help us,so we were transferred to technicians. That person was very helpful and polite.

Easy warranty returns... Staff is super smart... And by that, I mean they know most answers of the top of theor heads but have no problem calling for help when they need to to make sure the customer is well serves
