They are always kind and helpful. If they don't have a part, they will get it quickly. They have patience with people who need it. We appreciate having a good, reliable store in town.

The staff are really nice people. They have went out of their way to help my wife. When I was out of state they went above and beyond to make sure my wife was taken care of. Most parts I have asked for were in stock for my German car and my domestic (Chevrolet). Knowledgeable staff. Clean store. They greet you when they see you and make you feel welcomed. This is my go to parts store in town.

Best customer service, EVER! I needed a battery and it was about 7:30 at night. Normally O’Reilly’s only does battery installation during the day. However the customer service was superb! I was told by the gentleman that put my battery in, when I thanked him numerous times for his help, “You always great ever woman that walks in here like you’d want your own wife treated.”
He even called to make sure everything was still okay the next day.

O'Reilly Auto Parts has an amazing staff! Every time I go in for anything I get the absolute best customer service and they make me feel like coming back. Thank you O'Reilly's in Tehachapi, CA. The best group of employees who just do it right!

We came to California to buy a tow truck and we ended up braking down due to a bad fuel filter. Anthony and Juan came back early from their lunch to help us find a filter, we couldn't find the exact one so they just started searching random filters that would work and they found a perfect match. I appreciate these guys very much for their effort and not giving up on helping us.

I was on a road trip and discovered I was in desperate need of an air filter. I found this location on Google Maps and hoped it would have what I needed to continue my trip. I was promptly assisted by Jay, who was honest about my options and quickly helped me get an air filter that worked perfectly in my car. Thanks, Jay!

My first stop for anything auto related. Stopped by cause my key fob battery was low, they had it and put it in for me, so no ruined nails for this girl!!

Our radiator blew out halfway through a 1,000 mile journey just up the road from this O'Reilly's. Thanks to Bobby and the team there, we got a new radiator shipped up from Bakersfield in just a few hours, installed in a couple more, and we were on our way about 6 hours from the breakdown. They helped us get a great deal on the parts and labor and even told us about a great breakfast place next door as we waited for the part to arrive.

I and my handsome man stopped at O'REILLY'S in Tehachapi. This was my first time there. We looked entirely around the store. WoW! I found so many Bargains on many products we use for our Kia! We did buy a few items at an Awesome price! I do like O'REILLY Auto Parts and I do highly recommend!!

O'Reilly Auto Parts is a great store. They stand behind everything I have bought, and they have spent a lot of time helping me find the correct parts, even though their computer stated otherwise.

Thank you to the staff at this location for the extra attention getting the parts needed to fix my truck which broke down on the highway near this location couldn't believe they had the idler pullys and the assortment of belts I needed to get home
