Easily the best coffee spot in Tehachapi!

The coffee itself is high quality, the balance of flavors is fantastic, and our wonderful barista always goes out of her way to make the most beautiful latte art.

Trust me, I’ve tried every coffee this town has to offer and One Fine Day knocks it out of the park every time. 🥰❤

A really cozy, fun coffee and pastry shop. The Portuguese Egg Tarts are as good as any I have ever eaten. The coffee great. Medium roast is so good. They have electric model trains running around up at the ceiling.

And the service is bright and cheerful.

Amazing new cafe in Tehachapi! Everything is spot on including atmosphere, service, food and beverages. Many delicious options and though it just opened they do their very best to not keep you waiting long. (Drink in picture it “Galaxy Far Away”. Yum!)

This place should be called One Fantastic Day in Tehachapi!

I walked past it for the first time about a week ago and have been 3 times already. It’s that good.

Laura is an absolute gem, and really knows her coffee. Her cappuccinos are a dream and the latte art is super cute. Of the specialty drinks, I’ve tried the Galaxy Far Away and Tehachapi Sunset, both of which were divine. The baked good are on point. Seriously, everything I’ve had here was drool worthy.

Tehachapi has been in need of a cafe like this for a long time. So glad One Fine Day in Tehachapi has arrived on the scene!

The staff is really nice, great to start your morning with their smile! The croissants are the best! They even have halo-halo (filipino shaved ice desert)! I will definitely come back to this place!

It's a great local spot. So friendly and great food. So far, I have tried the deviled egg toast, which was crispy and fresh. The deviled egg salad on crispy toast hit the spot for lunch but would be perfect to split for a snack.

I also had the curry chicken empanada, which was really great. Not too strong of curry with a hint of cinnamon.

My family is in love with the drinks, which took our local Facebook pages by storm. The Galaxy Far Away is just the best drink in town. A blend of teas lemonade and mango jellies, it will hit the spot. The lemonade, tea, and mango jellies all balance each other perfectly.

Amazing food and coffee. The owner is very nice. Glad I tried this place out.

My daughter and I had our first visit here recently. She had the rainbow Italian soda, and I got a passion orange (green?) tea. Both were refreshing on a hot day. I also ordered the deviled egg sandwich, and that was a unique and very fulfilling treat. Sourdough bread toasted perfectly and topped with paprika. So good. I'm definitely going back for round two in the near future. Great new business for Tehachapi.

This place has fantastic drinks, service, and atmosphere! We had the Butterfly Honey lemon, coconut strawberry, and the Thai Tea Monster and all of them tasted as good as they looked! I haven’t tried any of the pastries yet but they did look super good too!

The main barista lady (I'm so sorry I don't remember your name 😭) is so kind!! She really makes the entire vibe of this place. Super comfy and cozy and friendly I love it. Food and drinks are tasty with a wide variety of things to try I always get something different and I've never been disappointed!

I love this new cafe. Everything I have tried has been really good. Coffee is excellent and the breakfast bagel was delicious and filling. The sundaes and smoothies are very refreshing in the summer. Lots of options and variety. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely awesome coffee shop! So glad this place is here in our great little mountain town! I go here all the time and very highly recommend!!

Great coffee, love the free refills (though that may be limited time offer for their opening month). Service was great, and I loved the model train, running past the local pictures of tehachapi.

Visited from out of state. The employees were super nice and knowledgeable about thier menu. It was a beautiful little café with great coffee and delicious food. I only stayed for about an hour but I could have easily stayed longer. An absolute gem of a place. :)

This is the cutest little place with tons of baked goods, toasts, flavorful drinks and acai bowls. Friendly staff and fun, eclectic atmosphere made it a pleasure to sit, relax and sip.
