Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Keith and his team are great! I have terrible lighting in my living room and made multiple trips to get paint swatches to find a color that would look great. Their advice helped me to pick a color that I love that wasn’t on my radar at first. Will definitely be back when I convince my husband to paint another room in the house!

UPDATED—spoke with Jeff at the regional office and he was great and offered to compensate us for the trouble. Really appreciate a company that still takes care to show such great customer service! Store itself offered to bring the new paint directly us. Needless to say, we feel the actions taken by all levels of the company more than make up for the mistake and we would be happy to shop here again.

Not a review of the paint, but our experience at this particular location. The customer service was fine in the store. Appreciated the employee’s advice on paint options. I bought a sample and 2 gallons of the same color in emerald. After liking the sample, my husband went to begin painting our daughter’s room today only to realize the over $100 worth of paint we bought was improperly mixed—it was simply white. Looking closer at the printed label you can tell something is wrong—no color description (I did not look at the label prior to leaving as it was boxed up for me by the employee). Obviously, will be exchanging this paint, but I’m very frustrated to have to make another trip to the store and a day of painting lost. I hope we will be offered something for our trouble, or this will definitely be our last visit to Sherwin Williams.

I used the Duration product and was extremely happy with how far the product went and the lack of a need to constantly roll the same area to ensure adequate coverage. The store associate who waited on me was also very helpful. He even helped me to carry my paint out to my vehicle since it was raining and I had my 2-year-old daughter with me.

Friendly, very competent, eager, and quick staff member. The price seemed high, but after using it, i am very pleased. It covered real well in just 2 light coats. I am frugal, but you get what you pay for with paint.
The big box competitor was a incompetent mess with the paint dept so i took the chance to make my first visit here. I will be buying from Sherwin from now on.

AMAZING!!! For over two years this store has been run by young bright men who are amazing at matches. I went in one day and they were able to match one of my colors perfectly. Now I am in love with the color and I am sure that when I put up my house on the market a potential buyer will also feel the same. This is the first time I have ever shopped at a Sherwin Williams and I am sold. Save your time the headache and just go to this particular Sherwin Williams!

Nick is a great. First time here, he patiently helped us determine our paint needs and loaded our stuff into the car for us. When I got home and started painting, I realized the shade I'd chosen was too dark and saturated for the space I was painting (more so my fault than anything on SW's part). When I came back, Nick was the only worker there and was extremely busy, but he greeted everyone politely and never made anyone feel rushed. He went above and beyond to help me correct my mistake and get the perfect shade of paint for my project. I live closer to a different SW, but I would continue to come here for that kind of customer service alone.
