I had the best most knowledgeable supervisor helping me today! Adam explained perfectly the points I had to use as well as the promotions available. I told him what I liked and he recommended two BOGO vapes that I’m very happy with! I was in and out in a few minutes and his professionalism, knowledge, and happy demeanor was amazing!! Adam did his job beautifully and I wanted everyone that works with him to know how exceptionally well he represents your store! Went into new location by Washington street in Davenport. So nice great people great help, much better than the other vape shop by Jimmy johns, staff is so much nicer and friendlier. I will be frequenting this shop due to the above and beyond customer service!

I love Essentials. Every time I go, the staff has always been helpful and the rewards program is awesome. The location on locust is great and stopped by the new 53rd location today and was amazed. The price is good and I love the Elf Bars and Juicy Bars. I highly recommend!

Excellent service and Addie knew exactly what flavor to recommend me and when I tried it the nic was definitely the best I’ve ever had. The amount of selection here is the best I’ve seen across the whole country and I’ve been to a lot I m from outta state and goggle sent me here and they did not let down!! they even have deals for first-timers and it’s the best thing ever! I was just stopping in Davenport for a nic and I got three for a better deal and a great laugh! Definitely worth checking this place out.
