I’m a new runner training for a half marathon and have been having some ankle and knee pain. I went to the store on a whim to see if I needed different running shoes, and I’m so glad that I did! They were so incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I left with a new pair of running shoes and a lot of helpful advice. I will definitely be going back!

Awesome shop with super knowledgeable staff. They helped me find what I needed really quick and overall just have a huge variety of running specific gear.

I wore out my previous pair of hokas and really needed a new pair.. the guys were so helpful, the fitting was quick ( sorry about stepping on Jon's fingers)and im very pleased with this new pair of shoes!! Best shoe experience ever. I was in desperate need of comfortable shoes and walked into TeamNashville expecting just another regular shoe store and I was, thankfully, very wrong. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient. They gave me options and helped me decide on the best sneaker for my needs with no rush and zero sales pressure. Also the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned in my life.. shout out to my Hokas =) I'll never go anywhere else again.

I've been buying awesome shoes from Team Nashville for almost 10 years! Excellent service, excellent selection of only the best shoes and excellent customer service! Wouldn't buy from any other store! I love that it's a local, small business and I'm happy to support that!

I went in after a not helpful experience at another store. Terry and John were great! Terry could tell what kind of shoe I needed just by looking at my feet. And they brought out plenty of options to choose from. I log a lot of miles at work so I needed those, and my cross trainers were pretty busted too. I walked out with 2 new pair. I’ll never go anywhere else.

While visiting Nashville, I realized that my old sneakers were totally beat! Terry was amazing! He opened the store early just for me, I explained my parameters and he hand selected the best shoe for me! I’m extremely pleased with my new running shoes. Thanks Terry!

From the moment you enter the store it feels like you've known Terry and Robert your whole life. Super helpful and welcoming. Absolutely awesome selection of running shoes. Robert was great at doing my fitting. I am very pleased with my experience and will be back. Highly recommend! 10/10

I had the most amazing shopping experience in Team Nashville. Shopping has not been this pleasant in a very long time. Everyone was so helpful. My daughter needed shoes and shirts for work and the owner knew exactly what she needed. I will definitely start buying all of my shoes here.

Needed a singlet to workout, came by, great experience! Super kind people, loved the pricing for a simple staple piece in my running (and jiu jitsu haha) wardrobe. I appreciate the patience, kindness, and the conversation I shared. Looking forward to doing much more business with these folks.

What great staff! Very few places offer a shoe shopping experience like Team Nashville. I was welcomed in, invited to try on multiple pairs of shoes and encouraged to take them for a jog around the parking area so my stride and gait could be analyzed. 'Over-pronation'. Who knew. They put me in the perfect pair of shoes for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews but I read all the other reviews before walking in and had a really good feeling. I needed to switch up my running shoes because my Hoka’s started causing knee pain, I expressed my issue & was recommended the Brooks Ghost by Terry just by him looking at me/how I stand after telling him my issue. He had me try them on & I could tell they immediately felt amazing, had me jog a bit in the parking lot & watched my form to see the difference & could tell they were the best choice. His confidence in the decision meant everything to me, as a broke grad school student I don’t really have the means to keep trying new running shoes. He threw in some socks for me & I was on my way. Extremely personable, friendly people that you can tell have so much passion and knowledge on the sport. Highly recommend!

From the time you step in the store till you leave with the correct shoe everything is perfect. You know this is a running store The moment you step in. They take care of you! Try the Topo shoe.

I’m always impressed when someone greets you genuinely upon entering the store; I’m even more impressed when you are treated like a person instead of just someone trying to sell you something. Terry is amazing! He treated my family and I very well; I ended up coming back the week after my initial visit to get some great shoes and socks to help me work. The shoes are fantastic and I like them very much. The socks are a great relief too. They probably have customers for life.

I cannot say more wonderful things about this store! I was sent to Team Nashville by my orthopedist to get better fitting shoes for my feet - all he told me to do was bring my sneakers that I wear day to day.

When I got to Team Nashville, I was immediately greeted and asked what brought me in the store. After I explained why I was there, Kevin asked to see my sneakers that I brought with me and watched my gait as I walked. Within 30 seconds he knew what I needed and proceeded to bring out pairs of shoes that he thought I would like. He listened to my feedback on what I liked and didn’t like about the shoes he brought out and was able to hone in on exactly what I wanted. I left the store confidently with 2 new pairs of sneakers that are so comfortable!

If you are looking for new sneakers, this is absolutely the place to go!

I have bone Spurs that I recently found out about and came in here to get help finding the right shoes for my feet with my new correcting insoles. The staff were amazing and so knowledgeable! Within two pairs he found the perfect pair for my needs! I came in for one paid and left with 3! I highly recommend anyone go here for exceptional service. Small, personable shops like this that love what they sell are what make Nashville great!!

Can’t say enough great things about this place and the team. Terry is your guy! Always very patient with me and my friends when we have running needs. I run pretty seasonally so sometimes it’s months or a year in between visits, but Terry always remembers my name and story. Great shop for beginners and seasoned runners alike.
