The store and personnel are some of the best I have ever seen. I drove two hours one way from Alabama to Nashville and will do so every time I need good dress clothes. J Michaels has no limits on what they can order. They can tailor off the rack or custom cut anything in just about any fabric. The quality of what they stock is beyond anything I expected. The sport coats and shirts I bought are perfectly altered and delivered in the mail a week later. Every employee I met knew all the details of the merchandise. If they don’t have it they can get it and it will fit. If are looking for one store that can do it all and do it well, this is it.

This was my first custom suit. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient while helping me find exactly what I was looking for.

I needed a suit for a special occasion and the only thing I knew for certain was that I wanted a better quality and a better experience than The Men's Warehouse. J. Michaels was an amazing experience top to bottom. Due to my size and the the speed in which I needed a suit, the selections weren't as extensive as I'd hoped for but the few suit they had were awesome! The gentleman that did the final detail tailoring (Dennis) was a true artist and J Michael Barrett could not have been more helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment the next time you need to suit up. and btw, the time from purchasing the suit and picking it up with completed alterations, under 2 hours!

I have been interested in finding a men's bespoke clothing store for years. J. Michales provides a personalized service that was second to none and exactly what I was looking for. On top of the custom tuxedo that fit perfectly and looked great, the suggestions to improve my wardrobe with their other items for daily use were fantastic. If you want a personalized approach to revamping your wardrobe with custom apparel, I would go to J. Michaels.

Mike Mahaffy will give you the best advice, clothing and service you will ever receive. If you love clothes, you owe it to yourself to get custom shirts and a suit or two. If I may suggest, get traditional style suits, 2 button, flat front pant for your first purchase. The quality is so good that fashion trends will be out before the suit wears out.

The quality of the material is perfect. My customer experience wasn’t what I would have wished for. I was charged for two pair of slacks when I only ordered one - and when I came back to try them on, the new customers that walked in after I arrived took priority. That is just my experience. I hope yours is better. The quality of the clothes is excellent.
