Starbucks

Stopped for my free birthday drink and used my stars for free cake pop! They gave me awesome and friendly customer service and wrote Happy B Day on my drink! Thank you girls! 🥰

It’s perfect other than name being spelled wrong every time 🤣 always there when you need a pickup or snack for the kiddos! The staff is so kind every visit 10/10 this one in Marion is our go to it’s relatively new and very clean outdoor patio is very nice as well!

Only went in for a couple gift cards. Employees were very helpful and atmosphere was great too.

This place is amazing! The staff know me by name (yes I have a full blown coffee addiction lol) and they always get my order right. Aaron, one of the managers, is such a nice guy, Maddy is super sweet, I could go on but you get the idea. Definitely worth going to!

This was my first time visiting this new location. The staff was very professional and polite. My drink was made properly, which is actually hard for some Starbucks. This is a newer location so it is still very clean and well kept. Cozy atmosphere. Quick, friendly service. I will return.
Currently employees are masked and a sign on the door suggests that customers also wear face coverings, but does not go as far as to require them.

I love this place, the employees know me by name (yes, I obviously have a coffee addiction lol) and they are always so sweet! They never mess up my order and the one time they did they fixed it immediately and were not snooty about it. They have amazing management (live you Aaron) and honestly just make my day a little better, which I think we can all use right now.

Used the drive thru for my daughter (I personally do not care for Starbucks)

This place deserves mention, particularly for the spirit and drive of the barista in handling a whirlwind of orders with aplomb and accuracy. Didn't get her name, but if anyone from Starbucks reads this, try to give her some meaningful sign of gratitude. She was at the unit in Marion IA on the roundabout, at 10-11 am on 17 oct.

The cashier and the manager that help us was very helpful that day.

We met a new friend at starbucks. The store is very well laid out. The staff was very helpful with the menu. I must say 💭, the menu is strange to us, but the ice coffee that u had was good. It was a goofy name. I will visit there again. Great atmosphere and free wifi.

I love the Starbucks at the Hy-Vee in Marion the most. Great customer service plenty of places to sit.

Just today, 3/3/21 I went with my dog and they gave me a pupcup and I didn't even ask for one!

The drive thru is relatively fast and the staff is super sweet but not in a fake way-they're genuine. For as far as I have to drive now for a coffee, it's still at least worth it for this location. 👍

The staff is helpful. I only buy for my loving fiance. The staff always makes me feel confident in buying the correct item.

I only ever get Frappuccino but they always make it perfect

The new Marion Starbuck's is great. I've done drive thru only so far but they are doing a good job during Covid sanitizing and wearing masks.

Excellent service. The ladies on shift ran the shop like a well-oiled machine. And they're friendly.

Its starbucks you should probably know what to expect. The coffee is good kinda pricey but it's always very consistent. I'm partial to the nitro cold brew with foam.
