I dealt with a sweet young lady named Ava she’s a beautiful lil thing and extremely helpful Ive been to at least a dozen stores tmobile stores in the last year or so and none have offered me the S tier customer service I got dealing with Ava she was able to get me a watch for free and made my bill cheaper. Also did I mean took she’s easy on the eyes?

Hubby and I were escaping from another carrier and we needed assistance to complete the transfer. After starting the transition on line, we decided to go in store and get assistance . We were assisted immediately by Jay. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that our first few days with T-Mobile have been gratifying. Thank you Jay (in store) and Alesha (online)!!
