Some gorgeous and unique art in all mediums with reasonable prices. I went for the metal art and ended up bringing home the cutest metal cat. They even had a 6 foot giraffe that I would have loved to own. Beautiful glass boxes that are perfect for gifts along with ceramics, jewelry, gorgeous blow glass and so much more.

Such an amazing store. So many fascinating pieces to look at with a wide price range so there’s something for everyone. The women working were the sweetest and knew about each artist’s background. Worth taking the time to really explore all that they offer.

If you're going to Ogunquit you really must stop by. The store is listed as a gallery and rightfully so. The items are truly art. There is some of the most interesting and unique pieces I've seen under one roof. As an artist myself I was thrilled and inspired to see all that was there. I'll definitely be back.

Also, the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are fair. Again, you should really check it out.

This is one of my favorite stores in Ogunquit. It's a wonderful collection of beautiful and unique artwork in all different mediums. You could easily spend half the day in here. I love Dana Heacock's work too! My only regret is that I foolishly left the shop without grabbing a 2021 calendar :-( Oh well, I guess I'll have to order it online!

This is a very unique shop. An artist owns the shop and sells other works from artists all over. When I've looked I've only ever seen things that are made in the USA. The art comes in the form of beautiful jewelry, which I have a nice collection of now; cleverly worded / tongue in cheek coasters, wooden signs, etc. Metal work, blown glass, statement piece watches, etc. I have been going there for years and have greatly appreciated the help and second opinions from the staff there. Definitely not a place for food / beverage and make sure to allow yourself plenty of time to look and laugh at all the fun things. I get lots of compliments on my modern and edgy choices from here. Definitely not junk. I've bumped into another of their stores in Freeport and Portland. They are each a bit different. Check it out!

Was last here at Abacus 2 years ago and now returning to the Cliff House in nearby Cape Neddick, my wife and I were happy to find the store open at 9 o'clock on a Friday night. So many beautiful, sparkly things. We didn't buy much, a glass box and a few trinkets, but found dozens of things we'd like to buy. Loved a handpainted folk art desk that was a steal at $3600.00. If I'd had the dough, I'd be sitting at it as I write this.
In Ogunquit, this place is worth a look. You'll find stuff you don't see elsewhere.

Always fun and eclectic!
I've been visiting Abacus for years now. The buyers for Abacus continue to evolve and bring in interesting things and keep some of the familiar items that continue to amuse. I have long admired the quality and uniqueness of the jewelry. While I can see that many of the prices have risen to match some of the newer pieces with diamonds and other valuable materials, there are also offerings for price conscious people. That said, I would like to see a few more less pricier pieces to continue my collection of gorgeous, tasteful and unique jewelry that nearly always evokes compliments. Certainly a good place to pick up a special gift for the hard to get for people.

Nice shop, with eclectic objects, very unique and cool: we saw a chandelier made with antique silver spoons, a clock made out of an old trumpet, or a couple of dogs made out of twisted old newspapers that were super cool. You can walk around on your own, no pressure

Wonderful shop. Started visiting the first store in Boothbay Harbor when I was a teen. This visit I bought a great watch and the service was excellent. Thank you.
