Fun spot to buy cool gifts for the person that is hard to buy for. The staff were extremely helpful they went back several times to find something for me. I really appreciate all their help in this busy season.

Very organized, the shelves were frontfaced. employees were friendly when approached but otherwise leave you alone to shop.

My 10 year old son loves this place. They have the latest characters form Nick or cool shirts. He always finds something fun to buy. The employees are super friendly and helpful.

Fun place to go to get teens Nick nacks or a gift card. They have fun staff and good clearance or sales

They had great customer service that helped me find what I was looking for hade many great deals that helped me save money although prices were a bit high, I got some good deals. The trends always keep up and new things always keep up like, BNHA, Fortnite, and Overwatch. Stuff is high quality and last a long time.

Was at Hot Topic at Folsom Outlet today. Awesome experience. Great sales. A lot better variety than what we have locally. And the employees were so much fun. It was super helpful they were super funny and just all-around awesome had a great time there

I was not sure what to get.. the staff was fantastic!!! I asked for Unicorn stuff as generic as that sounds.. and Rebecca, my saving grace found the only 3 Unicorn items left in the store!! Epic.. fantastic job!

I really love this outlet store as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly employee who makes great suggestions and asked you if you need help picking out any gifts for people that are extremely helpful in helping find the perfect item for that special person
