As an Avid runner, I’ve been going to Road Runner Sports for many years - and to multiple locations. I love the customer experience, the amazing running shoes and accessories, and the people that work there! Recently, I went to the Rockville location for the first time to get new shoes for my first Marine Corps Marathon in October. It was the best overall experience I’ve had! It was in large part due to the incredible help my family and I got from a great employee, Arman! He was knowledgeable, caring, and made sure I felt I had his undivided attention among the busy crowd that afternoon. Arman represents the brand well - and it’s team members like him why I love to go there!

I had a great in-store experience! Lan-Li worked with us, and she’s wonderful. She was patient and attentive, despite managing multiple customers. She did not pressure us into buying anything (the shoes sell themselves). She was knowledgeable, and she made great recommendations! I will definitely be back, and I will be asking for Lan-Li!

Absolutely loved visiting Road Runner! I was fitted with a pair of custom insoles, and the staff spent a lot of time working with me to find the pair of shoes to fit my comfort and goals. I was able to try shoes on and even test them out on the treadmill in store. They have a 90 day return policy when you have a membership, even if you wore the shoes. I highly recommend you check them out if you've ever wondered about custom insoles or if you've had questions about a shoes fit.

We’ve always had excellent service at Roadrunner Sports in Rockville. Today Lan-Li patiently and expertly helped my daughter to find the right shoes for her needs. Highly recommend this store.

I was quite pleased with the time expended and expertise exhibited by Sten. Between the arch support designed for my foot and sneakers fitted to my feet, I have never had such a comfortable sneaker. During my first walk, my feet felt great and I felt no discomfort in my knees. I could nit ask for a better result.

Demitrian was super attentive and helpful. He had many people come in but still felt very personalized. No judgement zone and friendly staff.

My husband brought me here because I have a habit of twisting my right ankle. The service was great! And we found out the issue with my right foot and got the insoles molded to my foot for better support in my new shoes. Andrea was amazing and very helpful! Highly recommended!!!

The staff is always knowledgeable and takes their time with the customer to find the best shoe. I've worked with Beryl on three different occasions including a finiky teenager. She's patient and uses her experience and expertise to guide and inform. The staff are not pushy and demonstrate rarely seen customer service. Thank you!

A fellow named Sodik helped my daughter. He went above and beyond to assist her, even putting in time after he was off to make sure she got the right shoes. That’s outstanding Service and much appreciated.
