Great selection and I love that they take back my online returns then offer a 10% discount in-store if I make another purchase.

I love the sales! A friend and I went to the Land's End in Congressional Plaza in Rockville. I bought two colorful T-tops for a total of $25. My friend found a sweatshirt that she liked, but the size and color she wanted weren't in stock. A sales clerk kindly helped her place an online order. My friend was so delighted with the merchandise selection online that she ordered a second sweatshirt in a different color, plus some small items, all for a total that was less than the original price of one of the sweatshirts. NOTE: If you place an online order at a Land's End store and have the package shipped to you, there is no shipping charge. If you place the same order from home, you'll have to pay shipping. So, there's another good reason to come to the store!

I love this place. The clerks are extremely down to earth and warm. I love the merchandise. I bought four items and all were actually less than the catalog or online price.

The store is clean; the merchandise is organized and the staff is engaged and wants to ensure that you have a good experience. LOVE. It's too bad that it's a bit far for me, otherwise, I would be poking in regularly.

I love buying from the Lands' End store in Rockville. The staff are very pleasant especially a lady called Asma. She shows great respect to her customers and she makes me feel like I am the only customer there. The quality of their clothing is great! I have so many pictures I have taken of different outfits from Lands' End. I have even bought some clothes for my sister and her young family and they coordinated, super cute!

You can return items you purchased from their website at the store. You can use their in store kiosk to order anything from the company’s website, and the shipping is free. They have huge sales throughout the year. I bought a 250 dollar coat for 50.

This store is well-stocked and the staff is very helpful. They have a good selection of petite sizes and lots of other sizes, too. I recommend this store if you're looking for casual wear.

I love the quality of Land's End Clothing. Happy to see the store located in Rockville. The Women's Clothing offers Regular, Plus-Size and Petite. You can mix the wardrobe pieces as needed.
