Levi’s Outlet Store

The salesperson who helped me was so sweet. She went to the back and brought out every pair of shorts in my size and wash so I could choose the one that was perfect for me! I didn't catch her name but she was a true customer service provider!

Everyone who works there is super helpful!! Recently I found an amazing black trucker jacket on the clearance rack, but they didn’t have any more of my size…. But they (manager?) ordered it for me online - right on the spot- for that same low price! Just got it- fits perfect! 😎

This is an awesome store. They are so helpful and patient on helping you. I normally dread shopping for jeans but the experience I had yesterday was probably the best one I have ever had shopping for jeans. It was a complete joy and the mall was packed yesterday so I was very blessed to have such an amazing experience at the Levi's store at Opry Mills Mall. Thank you very much!!!

Wonderful store. All of the employees are so helpful and take the initiative to do anything they can to make the experience great. T did a great job and was very personable and helped me a ton!!! Excited to shop here in the future.

This was my first time visiting the store. It was very clean, someone greeted me a few seconds after I walked in and the cashier was very helpful. And the has a amazing sale. I was able to find my husband some great birthday gifts. I would return.

Preface: As a rule, I cannot stand shopping.

I had a truly great experience at the Levi’s store at Opry Mills. I found the perfect fit, but unfortunately we couldn’t find it in my desired color. The system said it was in-store, but we couldn’t find it. An employee took it upon himself to search the entire store multiple times over, check through shipments in back, but we didn’t have any luck. We made a couple of purchases, and after about 25 minutes headed out of the store. As we approached the door, the employee caught us - he’d found the elusive, perfect pair in my desired color, fit, and size.

Again, I cannot stand shopping, but this employee went above and beyond and fostered an exceptional shopping experience. I only have 2 regrets:
1) I didn’t catch his name. He deserves a bonus.
2) I wish I could give 6 stars for this experience.

Kudos to the employee/manager who I watched multiple times approach customers who weren’t wearing a face mask or wearing a mask incorrectly and informing them they needed to... and politely I may add! I didn’t even need a pair of jeans but made a purchase based on her actions. This was on Feb 27tj at appx 1pm. That person should be commended for her actions. 2 thumbs up!

This is a great store. Im a dudes dude and not very knowledgeable about women's sizes. Well, I went in there told the lovely cashier what information I did have and she helped me pick out 3 pairs of jeans , a flannel shirt and 4 tank tops for my Little Lady Bird and THEY FIT PERFECTLY! And she loved all of it. I only spent around $160 because of the great sales. It was a good experience. I didn't get myself anything but when I do I'm going to go back there. - true blue TN boy 501s and a denim shirt Levi's forever.. haha

The staff, specifically the woman in the dressing room the day I was there, is super helpful. She made a suggestion for a different pair of jeans that I wouldn't have tried on myself and they are the best fitting jeans I've ever had!

Kenny was the man! He helped me pick out the best fitting jeans, find the best price, and talked about some dope music. Seriously tho, he really helped me make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I could tell he was workin hard but having fun. Thanks Kenny, you the man! (sorry its so late)

Always have been serviced with great hospitality. I've been to this establishment a handful of times for myself and friends and there are always employees to help us, ask questions, as well as, search for product with us to make the process easier.

Good selection of denim clothing. Brought my friend to start looking for 511 jeans instead of 501. Price is 39.99 if purchase 2. He loves the new 511 which accentuates his body and makes him look taller!

I LOVE the Levi's outlet. They have virtually every style of jeans and pant that Levis makes and I can always find my correct size. The sales they offer at the outlet are great! I always take advantage of the buy 2 for $39.95 each deal! I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice pair of jeans to srop in here!!

Very nice place, they had a great sale! I stopped there while visiting my daughter at college. I got 2 pairs of Levi's for 55$. Definitely will shop there again.

Very helpful staff...I'm a big guy...6'5 and 260lbs. I wear 38-36. The guy that helped even went in the back and found me a pair of pants in the style and size I needed...thanks guys!!
