The 18 year old that helped me was so nice. The people that advertise free checks couldn't help me.
Just wish he could have worn cooler clothes such as shorts

I was having issues with my windshield wiper I called and asked for help and Devon was more than helpful he fixed the issue for me all while It was raining and didn’t even have me get out of my car since I had my baby with me. True customer service I am very grateful and left very happy now that I can see during the rain 🙂 thank you so much.

Dave at this store was awesome. He was very helpful and knew his stuff. He was willing to do whatever it takes to make the costumer happy. Thank you Dave for all you help and hard work ! He showed that there’s still good people in this world!

At first I apologize for showing up 2 minutes before close. Had a busted air hose and worried it would do damage. I thought I was in for a real ride by rude employees just wanting to get home. I mean, how would I react if I were in customer service just wanting to lock up and go home and a guy walked in.....Very pleased even though they did not have what I needed. I really thought I would leave upset because of a jerk behind the counter, but it was a good experience! Guy working was informative, helpful and even assured me I'd be fine as long as I didn't hit any dust storms! Thanks so much and you made my night. It really pays off to be nice to customers even 2 minutes before close. I didn't catch his name, but you can bet I'll come back if I'm ever in need of automotive parts on East Washington Street!

Great environment for an auto parts store. Great team and the manager was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Asset to your team. And they have gift cards.

Everytime I come here the staff is very helpful and I can almost always find what I need. There was a time when a shorter blonde lady helped me out, but she wasn't much help at all and actually pretty rude, but I haven't seen her in there for a while. Other than that, I love me some O'Reilly's. Especially this one. There are two other parts store right across the street and I always choose O'Reilly's.

This place was put together very well they have everything that you needed everything that you looked out for and if you don't know how to do they will show you or fix it for you long as it's something simple
