AT&T Store

I switched to AT&T through my cousin account who’s already a customer but to do so I spent hours chatting online and talking with specialist on the phone just to do the transfer with no success. I decided to go to the store and Nicole went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I was surprised how smart and knowledgeable is Nicole. She quickly understood the situation and took her time to provide exceptional service. I also was surprised the way she was dealing with 2 different issues from 2 different customers without even going to the system to explain the issues. That’s genius. I’ll stop by the store just to say hi. The service was just unforgettable..

The only reason I will come back to this store and stay with AT&T is because of Nicole B. She went above and beyond for me when I really needed it. You can tell she loves her job and people and that’s what makes her special. I will be back soon just to visit her. Also the Loyalty Dept was amazing, I have a different view of this company and as long as they keep hiring the right people then I’ll be here to stay.

I don’t know how Nicole, the store manager does it, but she greets you and takes phenomenal care of you as a customer. As if you stepped into her personal small business. Nicole goes above and beyond in every way for you. She is so sweet. I have never felt so optimistic walking into a cell phone store ever. She always takes care of us time and time again. 100% recommend.

Nicole, store manager was EXCELLENT, would give her 10+ for her knowledge, and patience!!!! Truly amazing. She also greets EVERY customer entering the store as well. Store is clean and organized Sta?ff very comfortable to ask their manager questions. Highly recommended to everyone

Nicole has the patience of a very intelligent kindergarten teacher. She is a delight to work with! She is truly one of a kind!!!! If I could give more stars I definitely would. If you are not familiar with this area, I highly recommend the AT&T store on Cypress Gardens Boulevard.

A wonderful kind rep Nicole Store manager with beautiful eyes helped me with my new purchase and was able to retrieve my contacts and photos. I thought it was a lost everything on my phone. I I'm going to recommend everyone I know to come to this store. They were super busy and they were both smiling and positive! Highly recommend this store!

Nicole was extremely helpful both times we came in. The first time to upgrade our device, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we misunderstood one of the items we purchased and needed to return. She was again very helpful with the return and we will definitely come to her store for anything in the future as well.

I normally dislike the process of buying a new phone; but Nicole at this AT&T store made the process not only easy, but actually enjoyable. Who knew that purchasing a new phone could be so easy! I bought one for my mother as well. Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She was quite patient and was attentive to our needs while also making sure that other incoming customers felt welcome. If you are in the market for a new phone (or anything phone-related), then I certainly recommend this location. We will definitely return for more. 😀

This store has amazing employees. I went in today with my phone not working after an update. Nicole the manager took the rains and after Samsung sent me to Lakeland (they didnt help) and i had to come back here. She called Samsung again and after some time she had my phone going in to be fixed and set up my old phone. Being a Chaplain I wont miss any important calls.
I want to thank the amazing employees that helped me today, Nicole, Jean, Andrea and Tyler. I was there for a good bit of time but they made sure i left happy and with a working phone. I will definitely use this store when i need something.

Today was my first day in this AT&T. I came in already knowing that I wanted to upgrade my IPhone but I wasn’t sure which one to get. Jean and Nicole were very helpful by showing me the differences and even showing me examples of their own phones. They answered all of my questions and were very friendly. I will be coming back to this store if I ever need to come to the AT&T store!!

I've been on the phone with AT&T, in several different stores, on with tech support and on with Samsung. No one was willing to find a solution until I went to the store on Cypress Gardens Blvd in Winter Haven, FL. I had to visit the store 4 times and dealt with a different person each time. Every employee I dealt with showed real concern in finding a solution for me and was clearly doing everything they could, even when I gave up! I own several service companies and wish my companies developed a culture like in this store! This is REAL customer service. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
Even though my issue was not solved the way I had hoped, they restored my faith in AT&T and saved you a customer with several accounts and several phones on each account. Before going in this store, i was ready to take all my business elsewhere due to the lack of interest to keep a customer.
Bravo the the crew at that store, you guys are awesome!

This AT&T store made my whole family of 7 feel like family! Henny, Chaadd, and the best manager ever RJ blessed my family. They were very knowledgeable. We bought phones, direct TV services and accessories. We will be going back for their 2 for 1 watches. Absolutely loved working with them. AT&T these are awesome employees!

Nicole was very helpful in upgrading my phone and transferring the data from the old phone to the new phone. Nicole was very pleasant to work with.

Nicole the manager and Tyler and employee have been helping me for weeks with a bad phone. Some how when I did a survey I thought I was answering a survey for att not for my representative Tyler. Somehow it shows I gave him a score of 1 when it should have been a 10. He was so wonderful and helped me so much. If I could give him a 100 I would. And Nicole has been helping me as well and has spent hours on several phones trying to fix my problem. My phone has not worked without wifi since Nov 19th. And finally Nicole was able to get everything working tonight. Nicole deserves a 100. Thank you so much to my favorite att&t store. Merry Christmas Tyler and Nicole.

Probably one of the store's that know what they are talking about and quite helpful. They don't rush you. Had the opportunity to work with Tyler the other day, helpful young man, great customer service attitude. In the past I've purchased a new phone and tablet and received great service as well. So, whoever the owner is, keep hiring individuals that have the qualities such as Tyler. Tks.
