Hillary was very nice and professional. She helped me pick out the correct size wiper blades for my car. I love this store because it’s close to home and the customer service is always top tier.

I have been shopping at the store since I was 15 years old so you take that inconsideration considered the year is 2024 and I’m well over 30 years old so that says a whole lot for just a AutoZone store number 2020 get greeted by most of the staff there except for the store manager I say hi how are you? I get ignored I don’t understand it. I can mention names upon the people who should get recognize But yet one flaw and you get reprimanded for it, but you can do 1000 things right but that one flaw they hold it against you I don’t understand it in order to have a good team a good staff. It starts with the bond of your store manager, your aerial direct manager, and the staff that is in the store at all times you want customer service you got it but that makes it really hard to give a 10.0 or hundred percent at one percent see how I did that I switched it up for that one but I’m not here to criticize anyone. I’m just making a statement well job excellent performance by Hillary, Rocky, Michael, Richard. Jt since they do not get the credit that they deserve My opinion and my statements will back it up 100% appreciate the people that you do have just being honest

(I don’t live in the area anymore) whenever my fiancé and I come in for anything…..they are always the most fun, respectful, helpful, and friendly staff you will encounter. And that’s on ALL staff members. From the GM to the just starting out. They all know their stuff. When I had my journey, they actually came out to the car and helped me look it over to see what exactly I needed right then and there, and what I could wait on. With my fiancés motorcycle, they helped him with finding the right parts (including the battery). When we were having difficulty finding the right size battery, they even asked a couple questions, and actually discovered what the issue was. They don’t make you feel stupid for not knowing parts or anything mechanical. You can tell them any problem going on with your vehicle, and they can pretty much tell you what exactly you need! I will be making the drive out here each and every time I need something for any vehicle I own! Keep up the great yall!!! I’m sure I’ll see you soon enough!

The lady who was the manager on duty today went above and beyond to provide warranty service. She remembered me from the time when I purchased the battery and replaced it at no charge despite the fact that for some reason proof of purchase could not be located. Extremely polite and competent as well. The team member who helped with testing and installation also was very professional. This is a great dealer.

I give this store and it's employees of five star. This morning I brought this young lady that was stranded on the side of the freeway to the AutoZone. Well this young lady on the register which I can't remember her name but I do remember Josette. Well her and the other young lady they ended up getting the battery and putting it in their own personal vehicle and going with her on the side of the freeway to get her car up and running. Now you talk about going the extra mile. It's such a blessing to see the rare occasions of others willing to go the extra mile for someone else. So I most definitely recommend this store and I definitely recommend talking to Josette and the other young lady that works there which I can't remember her name. Thank you so much I think she deserves a raise a promotion something maybe even a free lunch. Definitely must go to this AutoZone if you want great customer service if that doesn't describe it I don't know what will

Tyler, David and Cynthia were amazing to me today. I came in to get a new battery and they are so helpful and caring at this location. If you ever need anything please go to Auto Zone in Chester. The 1180 location is the best location. And they are the dream team. Thank you Cynthia for being an Amazing manager and Tyler for showing me how to put on a battery and lastly David for being so very helpful to make sure that the battery was out before I even got to the store and giving me all my options. You guys are the best and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. ❤❤❤❤

Wow, 2 ladies helped me! My driver side windshield wiper broke in the Hurricane driven downpour…while a young lady was ringing me up, another lady was installing the new blade. Professional, friendly, and helpfully!! Great service!!

I'm not savvy with car stuff. I know enough to do the very, very light stuff that the average person knows but not really what product is best, the differences, and so on. Thankfully the employees here had my back and helped me pick out the fuel cleaner that suited my needs best, as well as helped me save some money!

Last week my husband and I had the pleasure of utilizing this AutoZone facility. Casey assisted us with my husbands motorcycle. His battery went dead while picking up dinner at the nearby Applebee’s. Casey helped us not only load the bike into the truck, but assemble ramps to make this easier, provided recommendations on what could be wrong with his bike (why we couldn’t just jump it), helped us purchase the correct tools and equipment. All the while keeping us laughing and a smile on her face. She helped turn a frustrating situation into a laughable moment on a late Sunday evening. She even kept our twins entertained as we maneuvered everything into place for loading. If the company gives out awards or bonuses for quality service above and beyond the standard she definitely deserves one.

Casey at the location on Ironbridge in Chester, Va is hands down a phenomenal employee and human. It takes nothing to be kind, but means so much 😃.

I bought a small flash light to put in the car. It was supposed to come with batteries according to the tag, but it didn't. May need to go back for the batteries.*****Update*/*/. I went back, and the manager was able to help me. The product was supposed to have the batteries in the flashlight. Manager did a defective product return, and got me one that works. I am now happy with my purchase.😁😁

Excellent service! My car started rough yesterday morning, so we stopped at AutoZone. They immediately came out and tested my battery. They found that it was going bad and immediately replaced it with a new one. The entire visit lasted about 15 minutes. Great prices and the testing and battery installation is free.
