Everyone I interacted with today were so friendly and helpful. Left without exactly what I needed, but the excellent customer service outweighed that fact. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure he helped, or he found someone who could.

Customer service, found it. Lowe’s flooring has fantastic customer service. I first met Yammy: friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable on the product and doesn’t care how many questions you ask or how many times you show up in the flooring department. She has always been kind and easy to work with. When Yammy isn’t there Ryan is there. He is also very kind, knowledgeable and doesn’t care how many times I show up, he is more than willing to help me. Now if you can’t find either one of them, Joe is there holding down the fort. He has also helped me several times. The three musketeers run a great flooring department and always have a smile for the customer. You should check in with them and see what great customer service they give. Also if you need to return product, the customer service desk does a great job. The project is done and looks GREAT!!

I was having problems with my GE washing machine. I thought my warranty was expired. They looked at my account and found out my warranty was still good.. they also set me up an appointment to have it looked at. I had the most wonderful outstanding customer service from Alex,Ty,Lzzy.. thank you Lowe's for hiring outstanding people to represent Lowe's company keep up the excellent customer service.. Wow, just wow! Over the last 2 weeks I’ve been working directly with Terri ordering window treatments for multiple windows in my new home. Her level of knowledge and customer service absolutely blew me away. I’m a stickler on great customer service and she is beyond top notch! She was flexible on meeting times with me, I’m pretty sure she even stayed late past her shift for me more than once. But I’d never really know if that’s true bc I was never rushed. I had no idea the amount of thought that would go into these dang window treatments and Terri held my hand from start to finish. Her kind, thoughtful customer service she provided will never be forgotten. I truly hope her management team receives this directly and she is recognized for her commitment to exceptional customer service.

Late on a Saturday evening, and I was that-customer who asked for an associate to cut a piece of wood. Tyler showed up promptly with a smile and asked me about my project. He helped by making a very precise cut. My little project looks amazing and I'm very happy with the materials and cost. Thank you to Tyler and the rest of the very professional associates at this Lowe's.

Had a great experience working with Aaron (assistant manager) and the customer service team. They went out of their way to help me due to long delays from ordering online for pick-up at a different location. They discovered that my items were in store and gathered them for me right away. Completely made my day. Thanks again!

Judi in the cabinets and counter tops department is amazing. SO knowledgeable and super patient and friendly. It was a night and day difference compared to our experience at Home Depot where we started the process of designing our kitchen island. Highly recommend Lowes for kitchen design. See Judi - she’s great.

Absolutely LOVE this Lowes location!! Friendly staff and it's never a mad house like Home Depot. But they have everything you can find at HD but it's a WAY better experience all around

A good Lowe's, typical of most of them, except that the staff was super-friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable.
The shelves were well stocked. All areas were clean.

Quick to help me locate what I was searching for and when we found where it was supposed to be they were out but found another location of theirs that had the item in stock.

Five Stars for Tyler and his amazing customer service! I came in pretty late on a Saturday night needing a very specific screw. Tyler truly cared and took the time to find exactly what I needed so I could set up my babies crib! Thank you for your help and your care Tyler!
