McDonald's

They were super super busy and were very very kind and they offered me a refund cause they said I had been waiting to long but in all honesty they were just busy and worked very well as a crew and did there job wish more mcds were this good very very friendly staff and i did not accept the refund kudos to the whole team this was th shift working on 1/5/24 around 9ish

Stopped to get gas and the kids wanted some lunch so we went inside to eat. The manager, Kim, was super friendly and and was quick to take our order. All of the other employees we met were friendly as well! Tables were clean, restrooms were pretty clean. I’m not usually a fan of McDonald’s… but I highly recommend coming into this one if you get the chance!

They can be a little slow but always fresh food

Clean and friendly mcdonald's inside a speedway. They made the food right bathroom is clean and the staff was on the ball. The food came out promptly.
And everything was in the bag. Including straws and napkins. I don't usually rate fast food but this was an exceptionally well run franchise.

We have been traveling back and forth to Albany from Sangerfield and always make this our first stop. There's a manager there by the name of Kim, she is exactly what a manager should represent. Her kind words to the public as well as encouraging her staff, is beyond exceptional! She really impacted our experience by how kind and understanding she was, patience of a saint! Wonderful personality and customer service skills! Thank you!

Best McDonald's my double qtr pounder with bacon was perfect!! Kim is the manager today and what a great personality she has!!! And all the workers are doing exceptionally well very clean and hard workers!!!

The night time staff here just make your night so much better they are all hard working and are always friendly keep doing an amazing job!!!!!! My kids love coming here as we always feel welcomed!

This location is exceptional! First we thought it was taking a bit to order but then the food came and the cashier was so nice! Food FRESH and HOT! Definitely a great McD's!

Shout out to the staff at the Richfield Springs McDonalds for serving our bus load of students swiftly & with a smile this morning! What a great way to start our trip to the Enchanted Forest Water Safari!

Monday March 4th, 2019 @ 2:30 pm. Stopped by for quick cup of coffee and sandwich while in the area. Our first time there. All the tables were neat and clean with small vases containing fresh flowers. I kid you not. The food was made fresh and hot and very good. The manager projected a positive image. Order taker gal was pleasant. I seldom give 5 stars! Jerry

I have to say, probably the friendliest McDonald's staff I have seen. The girl at the takeout window and the guy who brought us our food.

During a long drive we needed to find a safe place to stop, grab a bite to eat and use a clean rest rooms. This McDonald's did not disappoint. It was refreshing to see all of the protocols and safety measures in place.

Amazing staff! Always super polite when I go in, and my wait time is never long! Will continue going here! My caramel frappe is always perfect and I always have xtra xtra pickles like I order☺

Kim was the nicest lady ever she brought our order to our motel because DoorDash didn’t have any Dashers available and was very pleasant about it

They are so very friendly and the service is fast, hot and accurate! Love this Mc Donald's. The workers put their hearts into their jobs!

Jo was awesome, handed the food right to us and apologized for the delay, even though I thought the service was quick

Chicken nuggets were fresh,that is a rare situation for me.

Surprisingly, this McDonald's food is really good. I have been there several times at different times of the day. So, far they have not messed up an order, which has been a problem for me over the last year.

Just a little faster service is all I can see....15 min wait in line at drive thru

5 stars becuase I usually just buy hamburgers there and haven't had a problem like people say. Sometimes they take a little long but it's a slow moving area in a small town. It's not the city. All these guys are travelers just passing through so if you want quality stop at the dinner in town hear it's pretty good haven't gotten there yet my self. Next to the pizzeria which is also pretty good for a small town upstate. This is just McDonalds meant to be a quick order and go... May take a little long sometimes but still in and out faster then the average dinner even on Long Island the Dinners can take a minute
I don't usually like McDonald's but everything in Richfield Springs just tastes that much better.
