Great customer experience! Greeting as soon as I walked in by a very enthusiastic staff, I believe his name is Victor. I had many questions and he did not get bothered by it one bit, he assisted me and then I saw him assisting many others as well.

I got assist by a gentleman by the name Khang I believe and he assisted me in the store. He provided very good customer service and recommended good supplements. 10/10 will be returning to GNC Lowell.

Beautiful store! Such great employees and nice staff! Greeted me and help me find pills for my old granddad who was in the hospital! Met a guy named Pat! He was very funny and hilarious about prime

I was scared to go for GNC since I had just started to gym but a worker named Brandon there was super helpful. My fear slowly turned into excitement as he was introducing me to newbie friendly items and what they do. It was much easier to talk about everything after Brandon eased me into this new world. I will surely be back as he is a great help not only for supplements but also great for gains. Brandon had gotten rid of my nervousness and turned it all into confidence, being able to relate to such a younger but muscular worker inspired me to be more active and get myself into the gym. 10/10 experience with him!!!!

So glad this store was open again. The new manager Jason was great and so was Brandon. Helped me find what I needed efficiently and the customer service was amazing. Glad they have a good one running the store finally. I can say I highly recommend this store.

What an experience I had strolling into the GNC in Lowell. I came in for a product that was sold out but walked out feeling positive and happy with some Quest bars/chips and some B-12. Matty (aka Matty Muscles) is an absolute breath of fresh air. His knowledge, energy, and overall view on life is incredible. Talking to him for just 5 minutes made my day! You don’t run into many people now a days willing to take time out of their day and strike up such a wonderful, pure conversation with you. I highly recommend this GNC because the customer service is off the chain! 5/5 stars undoubtedly!

This GNC store was wonderful. Service was good and answered every single of my question. I think his name was Brandon. Koodos to him.

I 100% recommend the Lowell Store. It is my favorite GNC to go to I travel far to receive the service from the manager, Matt who is super helpful and has never steered me wrong. Very responsive, customer service is on point, great listener! I’ll continue to use the GNC Lowell as my go to store! Love it!!

This was the first time that I had been to the GNC in Lowell, MA and I could not have been more happy with my experience.

Matt (manager) and his team were incredibly knowledgeable about all things fitness/nutrition, easy to speak with and it felt as though they genuinely cared about your goals rather than just trying to sell you what GNC wants them to sell.

Just stocked up at the Lowell, MA location - New manager Matt , goes by Matty Muscles, put me on a great stack for pre workout. And I Also bought the pro membership. He was professional, good service, and knows about bodybuilding. Highly recommend will be back to stock up again.

This store was super helpful. I was coming back to supplements after a long time and Matt was extremely helpful and worked with me 1 on 1 to build me an incredible stack. His knowledge of the products and the excellent customer service he has provided me, has made this location my go-to-store. There’s some things you just can’t get online! Thank you.

Brandon is a excellent worker at this GNC location! I believe he should get a raise for the excellent customer service he provided. Now I know what supplements to get so I can PUMP THAT IRON!

1. I have never had any issues with the staff here, always helped me with any inquiries (and I have alot) and treated me respectfully.
2. Went there for the 3rd time this week and the staff was extremely thankful for how respectful and chill I was to him. He shouldn't have to thank me for something that's supposed to be so common.

Anywho, I generally go here for the protein bars, which they have a variety and a sale on them too. Also, energy drinks, which have the same deals sometimes. I like the variety as well and at the moment, Bang and The Rock's new ZOA has my attention. There's usually one or 2 staff here at all times and tends to be quiet enough where you can peruse without bumping into people.

Overall best experience shopping with GNC, I've shopped at many different locations and always feel I get the best customer service at this location. Saw the other negative reviews about this location, Ive never had a bad visit.

The store manager (refered to as the ‘blonde girl’) has always provided me with great customer service, answering all my questions & helping me get the best deal (she always let’s know now when I have coupons to use- I never get that at other GNCs). You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her customers reach their goals.

First time GNC visit. Talked with Matt, he is awesome! Put me on a great protein stack for my post gym workouts, couldn't be happier. Fun and Easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and helpful. GO SEE MATT, he's got you covered!

I’m wicked big on good customer service and have to say Matt the Area manager crushed it as did Bennett! Great conversation and definitely felt like they were there to help and provide solid, knowledgeable information. Will be back soon!!

April is a 10/10! Very honest and gives sound advice. She doesn't try to convince you to buy the whole store or the most expensive product. She actually recommends great supplements!
