Apple Downtown Nashville

My experience was amazing and the guys here are very patient and knowledgeable.

I found out I could bring my old Apple products into the store and receive store credit in the form of an Apple gift card.

For reference also I went at 11:45 on a Monday and also scheduled an appointment so foot traffic was not as busy, but still hectic on Broadway.

Replacement phone in under an hour without an appointment. Before I completed checking in with Jenny, Luke was there to help me. The team had a replacement phone delivered to the table before I knew it. Well Managed Store.

The absolute best apple store I’ve ever been to. Wes went above and beyond with his team to make sure I left with a working phone.

Came in with an obscure service issue while on vacation after having no service for almost 24 hours, and left with a working phone!

Not only the service was great, but incredible Nashville recommendations.

While the Apple store wasn’t where I wanted to be on vacation, 100000/10 would do it again.

Went in here for the first time so my wife could buy a new Apple Watch and upgrade to her V2 watch. The service was excellent, our Apple sales assistant was very nice and very knowledgeable and informed is we could trade in her old watch, which we had no idea was possible. She quickly asked questions about what we wanted and suggested the perfect device. We've been to the Green Hills location several times and this was by far the best customer experience. The store also has a great view right off Broadway across from Bridgestone Arena!

My daughter's and I went there with our girl scout troop and had such a great experience! Everyone was so kind, helpful, cheerful and fun! I know these girls will definitely remember this experience for years to come. Thank you so much! Such a wonderful representation of Apple.

genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with customer service / sales. I came in to get my phone serviced, the guys who came up to me first was very quick to getting me into the system to get an appointment. The two tech guys who were helping me once I got there were very nice and helpful. Genuinely think I was there for maybe an hour or two, which would have felt like a long time, but people were constantly checking on me, my phone, and the process. Couldn’t stress how great of an experience this was.

A super helpful team of deservingly titled genius' !! It was stressful to have a not working phone and have to consider a new one but all the genius' at this store were so kind and understanding and handled it with grace and helped me fix my phone and not have to get another!!

I had a wonderful experience visiting this Apple store. I did not purchase anything or get my devices service here so I cannot speak on the quality of service. However my brother and I passed by this store on a whim while visiting Broadway Street and one of the Apple store employees named Tyler came by just to chat with us. He was very friendly and personable and told us all about the store and what it was like working for Apple. We could tell he was genuinely passionate about the work he does and company he works for which can be rare to see now a days. He also gave us some pointers on where to go in Nashville since we were visiting. It was a great conversation and it left a very positive impression of the store to me that I had to review. The store too is also very beautiful. Very high ceilings and spectacular design, they also had the new iPhone 13 color, iPad Air, iPhone SE and 5K Mac Display which was nice to see.

Really nice helpful and knowledgeable staff. They fixed my phone and talked to my wireless carrier until it was up and running. I was so happy when I left, had to get on here and give them a shout out.

My phone stopped working when I was vacation. Went in and in less than thirty minutes it was fixed and was on my way. Store employees were so nice and helpful! Thank you

Always felt welcomed by the employees, quick and easy process on getting a phone if you ordered it though pickup. They also offer you a 2 hour voucher if you park next to the garage, they may mention it or you may have to ask the employee about it.

I was visiting Nashville for a concert when my outdated iPhone XR finally died on me. I needed a full back-up and an entirely new iPhone 14, and my consultant, Sultan, provided me with one of the most enjoyable customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He was friendly, personable, humorous, and very easy to talk to. My iPhone issues took 2+ hours to complete and Sultan and later, Josh, were incredibly patient and helped me get set up with a new device in a vulnerable time while I was away from home. Cheers to Sultan and Josh!

Went here after breaking my phone screen 2 weeks ago. The service was incredible and the phone works like new! Seriously recommend!

I had the best experience in the downtown Apple Store better than all the others. Organized, nice, knowledgeable, helpful staff. This will be my first choice from now on.

This is sales, but I want you to consider that people are kind here, they don’t send you away for asking questions or pawn you off to get away… every one is smiling and wonderful, I sat in this place and saw nothing but hard working people and diversity at that!!! I was able to hop off a tour bus and buy a charger and cord in a couple minutes. It’s great to have an Apple Store right on Broadway.

This is great apple store with one of the best views of Broadway you can get. Worth stopping in just to tour the architecture.

First time visiting the store and I had a wonderful experience. Was greeted by a friendly employee upon arrival and got checked in for my appt. I was a few minutes late after trying to find parking (they validate for up to 2 hours in the 5th & broadway garage FYI) but it was no issue. Waited about 5 minutes for a technician named Paul. I was having an issue with my AirPods, and Paul was quick to give me some options and help me get it resolved. Was in and out within 30 minutes and my issue was completely resolved. Thank you, Paul, for your stellar customer service!
