Sushi Bistro auburn Japanese restaurant

This place is great the sushi is delicious. It’s typically not crowded and your seated immediately. The sushi is fresh and they have tons of options. The staff is always friendly.

10/5!!!! The food is delicious, best sushi in the area!!! Great service, I was asked three times if I needed a refill with my drink. I talked to the owner and found out everything is fresh, especially their sushi, and all the sauces are made personally by the owner. Would def recommend.

Quick service, great quality. The Green Poké bowl and Daniel Special roll are my personal favorites. What a great neighborhood sushi spot!

The best sushi place around. The service was excellent. The food was amazing. The plates are well presented too. The food came out pretty quick. It is truly a gem. I am already planning my next visit.

We dine here frequently staff is always courteous and helpful. They have the most amazing roll, "cilantro roll" I always order at least one......the menu has options for everyone.

This is one of my favorite places for sushi. The restaurant is a lot of things all in one. It could be considered a romantic spot because of the lighting and atmosphere, but I'm also not afraid to bring my child here. The food is really good and the service is even better. They have a large variety of sushi rolls plus bentonite boxes and bowls, which are my favorite. This has become a regular favorite place of mine to dine. It's a bit on the pricey side for my wallet, but it's about the same as the others. I definitely recommend this spot as a place to stop for a bite to eat or to try some sushi. ❤

Great Japanese place with a good selection of Bento boxes and sushi. The food is always fresh and delicious here. We love eating here.

My favorite sushi spot in the auburn-opelika area. The ratio of ingredients in the roll are just right, the fry oil is always fresh, and the ginger salad dressing alone will have you coming back.

Definitely my favorite sushi spot. It's got a relaxing atmosphere if you want to dine in and they are usually very quick if order out. I usually call in and it is ready when I get there. The owners are friendly too. I have had nothing but good experiences here. I highly recommend!

The owner takes the time to get to know the customers and the other employees are there consistently, so not a lot of turnover. The food is always delicious and is always visually appealing. Great value for a sushi restaurant in this area. Excellent lunch menu and getting a single walk-in/ to go order doesn't take more than 15 minutes.

The best Sushi around, better than anything I've had in Columbus too.

The staff is courteous, polite, and patient. The food is fresh and not over done with condiments. The price is fair as well.

Will for now on come here for my sushi needs.

Even though there was a minimal wait time for our table and dinner, they were kind enough to give us a free appetizer for our "inconvenience". I've been to many places for sushi across America and Sushi Bistro is now my ALL TIME favorite place to have sushi!

This place is amazing, food was wonderful and super fresh - normal rolls are a normal portion (6 pieces) and the speciality rolls are huge. Stuffed mushrooms make you want to slap someone they're so good. New fave sushi place - if you haven't been - go!

Great sushi for auburn and reasonable pricing. One of our favorites! I recommend the Ogletree role or if you're not a sushi fan, the chicken teriyaki. There is limited seating but the service makes up for it. Great date night place!

For sure BEST sushi in Auburn. All sushi tasted very fresh and was delicious. BEST ginger dressing on their salad too! I was very impressed and will definitely make this my go-to sushi place now. Bruuuuuce Pearl was picking up dinner there too, so that was also an awesome perk!! War Eagle!!

The sushi was sooo fresh. This place has the freshest and best tasting sushi I have had in Alabama (tried sushi from the best restaurants in Huntsville, the coast, Montgomery and Auburn). The layer of rice is not too thick, so the meat to rice ratio is ideal. The only sushi meal I had that was better was in Tokyo, Japan, so trust that I know fresh sushi! Also, the staff is extremely kind and humble. Give this place a try. They have lunch specials for around $10.

This bistro never disappoints. The food tastes "Japanese". That shouldn't be a surprise as the people who work here are Japanese, but it is unique in Auburn. I am always pleased with the food and the service. They know what they are doing.

Let's keep them in business.

The sushi was so good! I had this delivered too and had a special order. Everything showed up correct and it was still hot. Definitely would order from here again :)
