A great phone repair shop, he has always been honest and fair with his pricing and assessments. He never cuts corners, and he always uses top of the line parts for his repairs. He recently repaired a phone screen for me, and repaired it exactly the way Apple would, to the point that my phone believes it is an Apple screen.

Definitely the best phone repair shop in San Leandro.

This is an amazing phone repair shop! The level of service and quality is outstanding! The owner is very friendly, professional, honest, and helpful when it came to my phone. He was able to answer any questions I had and he made my phone look good as new!! I definitely recommend this place for any phone repairs. They also have a large variety of phone cases and screen protectors that you can choose from.

When my wife's phone was destroyed, AT&T said the motherboard was damaged and all the phone contacts, pics, etc. were lost. Undeterred she went searching for a repair shop to try to get the pictures off of the phone. She stumbled across James at Cellular City Phone Repair shop. James took his time and worked his magic. James not only got the pictures. He also got the data, the phone numbers and all the notes. James is the prefect guy to come to for any damage cell phones. Thank you again James

I've gone to this place 3 times. Once i came to fix my charging port on my phone. My assumption was I was going to pay 50-100 for a new charging port. I come back an hour later and I'm told I just had a bent wire and it would be no charge.

I came today to fix my mom's screen on her iPhone. It was fixed the same day for $100 less than I thought it was going to be.

I've had issues with shady cell phone repair places in the past (avoid mall kiosk at all costs) and it gives me peace of mind knowing there is someone reliable and trustworthy I can turn to and recommend to friends and family.

Coming from some one who has gotten there own phone repaired a lot over the years. This place has to be the best I'll go here even if it out of my way cause I know they're honest , quick , efficient and they don't cut any corners. This place is amazing and the staff has Tob be the most professional and upstanding they really do set the example. 10/10 will always recommend.

My iPhone had a bad case of ghost touch due to the screen being damaged. Took it this shop to get the screen replaced. The replacement took 20 minutes, the shop owner was super friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience great service !

Just had my Samsung Galaxy S20 shattered screen fixed here, and am very happy with the experience. James was very communicative and responsive, and charged a reasonable fee for a job well done. He didn't have the right size screen protector, but he found one that fit as closely as possible to tide me over till I get one that fits, and did not charge me for that. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

My Apple phone kept dying at a high percentage then never charged again. Took it to Apple and they said it’s not my battery and my phone was done and they were trying to upgrade me. I had no cloud back up and would have lost all pictures, everything! I was recommended by AT&T to go to cellular city and the very nice man stayed open for me and put a new battery in for me even though he was about to close. He was so honest and trustworthy! He didn’t try to nickel and dime me either! I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!!! Very nice man and great service!!!

I just called them to get an idea of a price to replace the screen on my Galaxy S8. They missed the call, but called me right back. He told me that my insurance deductible was going to be cheaper than what he would have to charge for the part. Very helpful. I'd definitely use them if I had another issue.
