Went in to replace the laces on a three year old pair of Iron Rangers. The staff was very accommodating and grabbed a pair in the exact color that I wanted and gave them to me for free! Will certainly be back to spend money on future accessories/cleaning materials

I have wide feet and have tried many different brands of work shoes. Only Red Wing has the right shape to fit me. Yes, they are more expensive than other shoes, but are totally worth it. Don't even waste your time with other brand besides maybe Keen.

The company I work for changed our shoe policy and designated only specific safety shoes, from red wing meaning, to me, that I'd end up spending half a day trying to jam my oversized doubled-wides into a select number of steel toe torture devices. I was lucky enough to go to this location and be assisted by the professionally pleasant, knowledgeable, and affable Courtney, who made it quite an easy and expeditious outing. She had me in a very comfortable pair of work boots in 15 minutes; this young lady is a rarity in modern customer service considering you get little of that in most businesses these days. Thanks again for the great service, the surprisingly comfortable boots, and the beautiful friendly attitude upon entry.

I got boots as a Christmas gift but they did not fit right. Courtney, the sales lady, helped me locate the pair I wanted at a nearby store and had them shipped for free to my house. They arrived in two days! Courtney made it an easy experience.

The staff at this store has been well trained on the products and their knowledge shows. I was shown several pairs of boots that met my needs as well as some inserts that would make me standing for long periods of time a lot easier. I will be recommending this location to my friends and family.
