Very friendly service. Very helpful people. I went shopping there on Easter and bought my first Sand Cloud towel. I can't wait to use it at the beach tomorrow. Pretty mustard whale towel XL. Also bought a cute mint green bag which will be great for carrying lip balm, lip gloss and other essentials.

We are on vacation this week and my
son's sandals suddenly broke. We went to The Flip Flop Shack and he walked in with only 1 shoe. Terri was so friendly and helped him find some new sandals. What started as a necessity purchase turned into a fun experience because of her customer service. We will make sure to come back next year when we return!

What a nice lady!! I actually went in twice and she kindly greeted me both times. While purchasing my sunscreen, we had a great convo and I promised I'd stop in next time I'm in town. If you need flip flops, or just want to smile, this is the place to stop! Save the bees!

Unbeatable selection of beach foot wear, but thats not the reason for my review. Wendy, the owner, provided me with some of the best and friendliest customer service I have received from a shop. I purchased a pair of ~$100 water shoes that started to wear almost a month or so after purchase more than they should have, and she happily allowed me to send them back so she could return them to the manufacturer, and sent me a brand new pair. This is the reason I like buying from a real shop, and a real person, vs. big box stores. Thanks, and keep up the great work!!

Don't let the name fool you - although they mainly carry sandles these are not cheap flip flops like you ran around in as a kid. They carry very nice name brand sandles that are very comfortable, stylish and last! My husband ruined his pair he practically lives in that he bought here 6 years ago so we came today to replace them. Owner is nice and helpful.

I had been to the Flip Flop Shop a few years ago and thought of them as I was looking for a very durable, yet comfortable sandal, I did some research and went back to the Flip Flop Shop recently to buy some OluKai sandals which I had heard about, but never had worn. Wendy waited on me and was great! She was very knowledgeable of the brands and told me all about the OluKais. I tried them for about a week around the house and they were not comfortable for me, but I have a hard time finding a shoe or sandal that is comfortable for me. I took the sandals back and Wendy took a good bit of time explaining the different brands and sandals. One of the ones on my list they were out of, but she is going to call me when they come in.
