McDonald's

we were in the area from a fishing trip and needed to grab some food for the kiddos. i'm not sure what all these low reviews are about but i love mcdonaldss. it cheap and its fast and the fries are amazingggg. i would just say don't go through the drive thru as it can get really busy, get out, enjoy the view and go in the lobby

Christine always smiling , happy to see us and other customers too, makes our morning special thank you. Brings our breakfast to our table if we have to wait.

The worker Lania helped me so well. The all wasn’t working but she fixed my issue. She was very kind and patient. amazing experience.

Workers always cleaning tables and floors. Kept very clean. Cashiers very friendly and get your order in a timely manner. My grandchildren 4 and 10 go up to counter after eating and get their free ice cream. They are accommodated by the friendly cashier. If they didn't have masks on, I'm sure we would see a smile.

Really good with Kids. The people here are extremely patient and always happy. My daughter changed her mind 4 times, after they brought her her burger. Without hesitation, they nice woman who was working the dining area kept bringing out her requests. Speaking of which, I don't usually see a McDonald's with a dedicated host working on the customer side of the counter, helping the lines moving and checking that everyone is happy. It's a nice touch.
I also had the good fortune of meeting the owner of this and 8 other local McDonald's restaurants. She was really nice and obviously extremely hands on and involved in her business. You can tell that she loves it, and the quality of the staff reflects that. Me and the kids come here a lot, and we'll be here even more once the weather is nice.

Nice people work here

I don't go to McDonald's often but when I do, my go to is the Filet of Fish and Big Mac. But today I decided to try the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich. I like the level of spice but it could be a little bit more spicy. I'm glad I finally caved in to my curiosity of this sandwich. But I think I will stick to my faves.

This is definitely a busy McDonald's but i have to say the staff here really went out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. I made a simple order for nuggets and had to wait significantly longer then usual because they had just started to cook a new batch. The manager personally came to apologize to me and gave me a coupon for a free meal for causing me to have to wait so long. It was nice to see such customer service coming from a fast food restaurant where you wouldn't necessarily expect it. I will definitely be back to this McDonald's.

This is my local go to for a quick break. Love the $1.00 all size soda, great coffee, and my favorite sausage burrito!

Many many years ago, in better times, I wrote the following review, which I must now correct. "Hey, even though this is probably the worst McDonald's on Long Island--with the exception of the one on Merrick Road in Freeport and their "with or without pubic hair option on the Kid's Menu"--the McDonald's in Long Beach has one thing going for it: employee's at the Drive-Thru who are willing to do some pretty unusual things in exchange for Food Stamps, and let's just say that I got "plenty of sauce" for MY nuggets." Yes, things were different then, and the McDonald's Corporation cared more deeply about who they permitted to own and operate a Temple of the Golden Arches. Not anymore. I mean, the Long Beach Mc'D's still provides the most consistently explosive "pant's refund" of any fast food venue, but the level of service, accuracy, and speed of their employees has gone straight into the toilet...the same place their digestible-plastic "milkshakes" usually end up. According to local folklore, the problem is a mysterious ownership/management group intent on turning Ronald McDonald into a slumlord. Greedy, disinterested in the quality and cleanliness of his staff, and apparently finding humor in serving still-frozen fries and intentionally clogging toilets, this third-rate Daddy Warbucks should be consigned to the same jail where they keep the Hamburgler and that "Secret Sauce" character from Hardee's who hurt all those boy scouts back in the 1970s.

This Mcdonalds is very near to my residence and I love all of the pleasant staff there. As a community member this Mcdonalds not only has great service but it contributes to the employment of the youth of long beach. Thank you for giving them a chance!

Food is great here service is good if your not going at night

Order 40 wings from here when they first came out. I came early in the morning and ordered so I could pick them up later. The staff was great and the wings were hot fresh and ready when I came back four hours later.

This is my local one, been going there since I was a kid as a matter of fact, I had my first birthday party there 36 years ago. If they ever got my order wrong I don't remember it. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff at the drive thru. Recieved my order promptly with every single thing I requested. Fresh and hot.
