Big ups to Blake (I’m pretty sure that’s his name) who took much time and energy to set me up wish my new iPhone. I decided to switch to T-Mobile before a big trip and I have not been disappointed. I have not had to buy a Sim card once!

He was thorough in his patient explanations to me about the different plans and what I qualified for at my age. I was completely satisfied with the phone, the watch, and the plan I chose. Thanks Blake!

Colin and Adam were the very best at helping me upgrade my phone yesterday! They took such great care of me and my kids while we waited and Colin was so eager to help and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products and went above and beyond to help with a million other iPhone related questions and he did it all with a smile and even sacrificed his lunch to help us ! Awesome people overall and awesome examples for my children of how to be great workers and showed what it is to have pride in what you do! Way to go guys! We will be back!

I came into the store a couple weeks ago to switch carriers. Tristan went above and beyond to qualm my trepidations and answer Each and Every one of my questions. His knowledge and professionalism stood out. I've had all the carriers now, but this most recent experience sold me on T-mobile. Thank you Tristan.

Dropped my phone in the river and came in to get a new phone. Alex was quick to help me choose the right model (galaxy23 ultra), and she even recommended a good case and screen protector. She even installed it! I was in and out quickly, and I was left very satisfied with my purchase as well as the service.

Just want to thank Adam & Vanessa for the best customer service ever. Both are true professionals. Make them your go to for all your cell phone needs.

I switched to T-Mobile from AT&T 4 years ago and never been happier: excellent service, great reception, no roaming charges and data access overseas, a lot of perks, huge discounts on new phones.

Updated 3/14/22. Because of T-Mobile I paid $400.00 to switch from Note 20 Ultra to Galaxy S22 Ultra(256GB).

Jesus and Lance are both awesome. I don't know the lady's name, but she is wonderfully patient when you have to bring kids into the store. Worth the drive if you live in East Bay!

This particular store has excellent customer service. The manager was able to help me with my billing and provided .e with the best possible options based on what I could keep on my old plan.
