Excellent customer service. I walked to check sizes and looked for some online items I liked. Lucked into the sale (that was online) with an additional 20% off! What's not to love here? Bummed the Stevie sweater wasn't there and got a great jacket that I had been eyeing along with a beautiful flannel shirt. Seriously excellent customer service. Will be back.

Had a lovely experience here this afternoon. Was greeted as I walked in, but not aggressively. I kept browsing. When I asked for assistance with specific items, I got exactly the info I needed. I took 5 or 6 items into the fitting room, decided to buy 3. It was post-holiday sale pricing, so I felt like it was a good deal. I know I'll be wearing these items often. Every member of the staff was someone I think I'd enjoy having a beer with, lol, in addition to being good at their jobs. What more can you ask for from a spur of the moment weekday shopping trip??

Great staff! Very helpful and thoughtful. Though I do wish the store and the website had more of the same items so I can find what I want and then go try it on. The consolation here is that you can order online and do your returns at the store - very quick and easy!

Good customer service and a very welcoming atmosphere. They have active wear as well as beautiful and comfortable women's clothing at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place.

AMAZING staff; knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Took two young teen girls here to find tasteful, modest swimsuits. In less than an hour, after trying on 10 or so varieties of suits we left with two very happy nicely covered kids.

The sales associates at Title Nine are always friendly and attentive. They have a good selection of sports bras and active wear. I have a few of their store branded items as well as some of the other brands they carry and all of them have worked well.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Definitely felt comfortable with getting fitted for their sports bras. Store isn't very large but it had lots of great items! Can't wait to go back!

Came in here on a Sunday afternoon and the ladies were super nice, helpful, genuine, and non-pressuring. Love the selection- perfect for an outdoorsy authentic woman like myself who still likes to look professional.

My favorite store hands down in Portland. If you have an athletic female build, this store is for you. The staff there are so friendly and helpful, you'll just want to stay and hangout!

I received really excellent customer service here. I probably had to try on 15 different sports bras before finding the one for me but the woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient.

Have shopped at this location frequently and found the customer service and quality of the products to be excellent. They love dogs, so it made it easy to stop in while taking a walk around the neighborhood....much appreciated!
