My husband and I moved to the Eastern Shore in 2017. We are each close to computer illiterate.
There were times that we saw Beth P. 3 or 4 times a week.
There were days when customers were backed to the walls.
Beth was welcoming, knowledgeable and always kind. We will ALWAYS.., happily be in her debt.
Most recently, we have seen a good deal of Roy. We are greeted in similar friendly manner. Roy patiently explains and takes care of whatever we need.
Jack and I feel beyond grateful.
They need to go on the road and be promoted.

Always good service but high Verizon prices

It’s ridiculous when you go into the store for help and they turn you away to go figure it out yourself online.
