Visited Crossroads Coffee Shop at the recommendation of the Post Office across the street. My husband and I went in to see their awesome book room in the old bank vault upstairs, browsed an exceptional book collection, and left with a delicious hazelnut latte. Sandwich selection was exceptional and today they were offering four different kinds of Smith Island Cake ❤. Don’t miss this gem when you travel the Eastern Shore. Check hours as they are open for breakfast and lunch.

WONDERFUL coffee shop! We stumbled upon this delightful shop on our way north up the coast. We had the daily special and a Chai. Both were delicious🙌 My husband, the professional Chef (and 'backyard' critic, sigh and eye roll 😉) commented that he'd drive an hour back the next day to return ☺ If you find yourself in the area, it's a must stop. I'm only bummed we didn't have time to try the food

Black forest ham wrap and cream of crab soup and my lunch buddy had the shrimp wrap. This was our lunch break. Which was our 2nd stop of the day at Crossroads!!! Just introduced her to crossroads that day and she now loves it. To a to go of the cream of crab to our boss for his lunch and he was extremely thankful for it.

We stopped on a whim while driving down Route 13 to the Outer Banks. My daughter and I collect coffee shop experiences and found this one as a quick web search "coffee shops near me." Because of the ruralness of the area our expectations were very low but we decided to stop there anyway. This place surpassed our wildest dreams. The environment is really cool - it's a beautiful place. We sat on the second floor overlooking the shop floor as wonderful sunlight came in through all the many old windows. The barista and other staff were incredibly nice and fun to talk with. The coffee was a very good. Additionally, we usually do not get food on our visits to coffee shops but we had to because it looked so good and it was delicious.

We stumbled upon this shop when driving from Virginia Beach to NYC. Located in a refurbished bank building and situated alongside historic railroad. Coffees we're good especially the matcha latte, the pastries were awesome and price was on point. The staff was hospitable.

Great little coffee shop! I had a coffee and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich that also came with a parfait. It's a quiet little place with seating for when it gets busy. Outdoor seating is available and there is parking behind the building that might be a bit of a tight squeeze for those with larger vehicles.

Very unique place as it is in an historical building which used to be a bank. Banks back then were very elaborately built with lots of architectural detail and the owners of this little coffee shop have emphasized those beautiful details and old safes inside. The coffee is of good quality and I enjoyed my lavender and honey lattee. Brittney was such a delight and so patient and helpful as my husband and I were deciding what to eat. We each chose a panini sandwich and theybwere delicious! Such a treat!

Well planned Coffee Shop. Very nice decor with a "sit and stay a while" atmosphere. Have been 3 times. Service better than expected for first 2 weeks open. Coffee organic and fresh. Multiple options for the non coffee drinker as well. Hope they do well. Area needed a good coffee shop.

This place is a real gem. Stopped there to grab a quick cup of coffee an hour into a 4.5 hour trip. Ended up going back out and getting my laptop and spent almost 3 hours there getting some work done, chatting with the owners and eating lunch. Coffee was good and the shrimp salad I had for lunch was delicious. They really poured their hearts and souls into that old building and it really shows.

Awesome place to go. Small town coffee shop with excellent coffee and cakes. The latte's are very good! Very good ambiance to the place as they decided to stick with the original buildings history of the bank, with all the documents and pictures. They do have live music also!

I am from Washington DC where there are plentiful options for coffee so I was worried about having quality java while visiting the area for work. I discovered Crossroads and fell in love! It's a great spot for delicious coffee (they have just about any espresso or frozen drink option you could imagine) and they have several lunch items as well! Not to mention the amazing selection of baked goods. The building has been gorgeously renovated from a classic bank, and the employees were happy to tell me a bit about the history and renovation. I hope this place becomes the heartbeat of the community: a hub for young and old to mingle over a cup of coffee. Do not miss Crossroads Coffee Shop if you're in the area!

Stopped in to this hidden gem on a random visit to my old hometown as it was suggested by Google. Pleasantly surprised. The staff were inviting, friendly, and very attentive. The fresh coffee and Chai Tea Latté were amazing. We ordered the Homemade Belgian Waffle and the Country Friend Steak & Gravy Biscuit. Delcious! Cute shaded outside seating to sit and enjoy the downtown outdoor charm and sip our drinks with the dog. Nice surprise to find out one of the owners was an old High School Alum!!! Nice addition to the community.

Was travelling from Virginia Beach area, no coffee in sight. Luckily we found this Oasis. We were unable to get coffee aside from gas station or fast food "coffee". The decor in this place is amazing and clean. I wish I could adopt it as my "home" coffee shop. Everyone was friendly, would certainly not pass up this shop.

Great atmosphere, Friendly employees. Coffee was great. They even had a live musician playing. Will definitely return. Place has a good bit of history to it as well. Could be a new morning regular stop. 😀

I had a wonderful Mocha at Crossroads, then took home a cinnamon roll and slice of carrot cake. Both were delicious. The atmosphere at the coffee shop is friendly and inviting. Our service was very good. We'll be traveling back to Onley often for a visit to Crossroads.

Always greeted with a smile. Staff is great! A little addicted to the green tea frapps. I stop in most days. Beautiful job with the decor. Inviting place to hangout alone or with friends.

I don't necessarily stop in often, but when I do it's definitely worth the price. Speaking of, prices are fair, coffee is nice, atmosphere is comfortable. It really is a good little out of the way coffee shop.
